It's now under new management and has a new salon owner! Big changes have happened but deffinatly for the better! Now offering a 5% discount for all regular customers on all hairdressing services, & even on services which they offer in the new therapy room get discounted, which shows that loyal customers are appriciated and rewarded! New hair products, such as Matrix total results and schwarzkopf are in stock which are much more affordable! They have even changed their hairdressing prices, lowering alot of them so that they are much more reasonable!! It deffinatley looks different after it's new refurbishment in the new Therapy room at the back of the salon, which I have tried out and it is really nice and really relazing! I have also noticed the splash of purple colour which they have used in the therapy room and brought through to some parts of the salon, so that it looks much warmer! My local Space NK store - I visit fairly regularly to stock up on some of my favourite products…read more This store sells most of the brands you'd expect to see, including Sunday Riley, Tom Ford, Oskia, Diptyque, Living Proof, Oribe and lots more (although they only carry a few select Hourglass products). For anyone unfamiliar with Space NK, it's the closest thing to Sephora we have in the UK and sells a good selection of popular high end makeup, skincare, body and hair products, most individual items costing upwards of £20. Definitely not somewhere to be tempted by if you're on a tight budget! Most of the staff at this store are quite friendly and helpful, although it is often busy and all staff members are usually otherwise occupied. One particular member of staff with short dark hair (I don't know her name) is the only one I have an issue with, as she is never helpful, often loudly gossiping to other staff and always walks away from me when I obviously try to approach her for help! However I haven't seen her in a while so not sure if she still works there. I enjoy browsing some of my favourite blogger-recommended beauty products in person and asking advice when I can grab an assistant when they're not busy, although I wish they gave out samples. I'm reluctant to spend money on many of these non-refundable high end products when I don't even know if they'll work for me. Specific products I make a trip to this store to buy aren't always in stock, so call ahead to avoid disappointment. On my last visit I waited in a queue for 15 minutes just to be told the Nars primer I wanted was out of stock - a bit annoying as I'd been waiting around for so long! If you're making regular purchases, I'd recommend signing up for the free points-based loyalty card, as a £50 spend within 3 months will get you £5 off your next purchase. Overall this can be a fun store to browse, but I prefer to make my purchases online as the product selection is better and I don't have to wait around for someone to eventually serve me!

The sales assistants all are really nice, helpful and NOT snooty like they can be in some expensive beauty places. SpaceNk carry a wide range of top brands Eve Lom, Ren (amazing!), nars, Jurlique, Laura Mercia, Model Co, Caudalie, Aromatherapy Associates and much more, I bought some gorgeous candles from here too (sorry can't remember the brand). The layout and design of the shop is gorgeous and generally it makes a nice shopping experience so if you want to be pampered or buy someone a special gift, visit here :)

I joined the practice a few years back as an NHS patient and could hardly believe my luck. Unfortunately they don't do NHS work anymore so I've had to opt for private insurance to stick with them, but so far I think it's been worth the expense. I now live about half an hour's drive from the practice, but I also feel this is a small price to pay for the good service I receive here. The SMS text appointments reminder service is a real help, and getting an appointment with the dentist is easy. The only minor gripes I have are that dental hygenist appointments get very booked-up, their new phones system seems overly complicated for the size of the practice, and if you don't book a follow-up appointment at the time, they're not so good at chasing you to remind you. On balance, an excellent dental practice that I'm only too happy to recommend.

The dentists and receptionists are always friendly and whilst I'm a bit of a dentist coward, I am always put at my ease and treated very well. Costs are no different to the usual private health treatment you would get elsewhere and I don't find them overly expensive. Modern equipment and clean treatment rooms are standard and very good dentists that don't do work on your teeth just for the sake of it.
