You tell her what you want and she creates it and you do have say.  My son and his wife were still at the hospital after welcoming their first baby, my grandson. I wanted to surprise them with a warm welcome home, so I ordered several yard signs and banners from Amazon, including "Welcome Home Griffin Lee," "It's a Boy," and stork signs with his birth announcement. Unfortunately, Amazon delayed all the items, and they wouldn't arrive until after the family was already home from the hospital. The surprise seemed ruined, and I was left with nothing to welcome the baby home. I reached out to other yard sign companies but received no responses. Desperate, I called Heather at Party Yards, and she was simply the best. Heather was incredibly accommodating and didn't hesitate to help. She agreed to assist me immediately and promised to stop by and decorate the yard that very day. Heather came through for us in a way I couldn't believe. She not only responded without any prior notice but also decorated the yard so beautifully. Her work made the occasion very special for my grandson and his parents, who were deeply touched by the gesture. What truly amazed me was when Heather learned that a delay at the hospital prevented the family from coming home that night, she offered to let us keep the decorations for as long as we needed, free of charge. His initial communication was very detailed, he was quick to respond, we had multiple great meetings about our event and made us feel confident in our decision. Unfortunately, as the event approached, communication completely stopped which was both frustrating and concerning given how time-sensitive event planning is. We made multiple attempts to reach him via email, phone, and text over the course of a week with no response at all. Because of this, we had no choice but to cancel within the terms of the contract. Even then, there was still no response, and we ultimately had to go through PayPal to recover our $1,000 deposit. It's incredibly disappointing that something that started off so professional ended this way. Lack of communication at such a critical time created unnecessary stress and extra work on our end. Reliability and responsiveness are essential in this industry, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. Do NOT hire this company. After reading multiple recent reviews, it's seems he has scammed multiple clients for their money. Such a shame.
