Went in today for another rental and I'm banned or I have to pay an up charge of 20%. I've always had good experiences but there are no mistakes slowed at this place so be careful. She and her staff showed up at the location (Or Hadash, our synagogue) the day before the event to set up the tables, table cloths and napkins. We had given them the centerpieces we wanted and they enhanced them with colorful napkin linens. We showed up the next day an hour before guests were supposed to arrive and Annemarie and her staff were already hard at work getting place settings and the food ready. The food had a great presentation, with signs identifying what was what. We had decided not to order cheesecake but my wife had mentioned that was one of her favorites. Annemarie threw in small cheesecakes without charging us for it. We received many compliments from our guests. They did the setup and cleanup and even took the leftover food to our car and loaded it for us. We recommend Annemarie's without hesitation.

I initially spoke with Flaco over the phone to arrange a dance appointment for my partner and I who were supposed to be married this June. He told me to Venmo him payment for the class ($125) so I did. The worst then happened -- I was suddenly hospitalized and given a Leukemia cancer diagnosis. I wish I was making this up, but when I emailed Flaco for a refund as it was impossible due to a medical emergency for me to attend, he told me I had until March 31, 2022 to use it. I cancelled on Feb. 11 for our Feb. 19, 2022 appointment, what I thought was plenty of notice. I never received ANYTHING verbally or written about their cancellation policy. Of course attending a dance class prior to March 31 was impossible for me because I have a long road ahead, I don't know what the future holds, and I also could just use the money  now that I'm facing a lot of medical bills. I then wrote back deciding to elaborate on my mentioned medical emergency and disclosed my Leukemia cancer diagnosis, sure that would be enough to receive a refund. I was shocked when he didn't reply to my email at all after I mentioned having leukemia, so I called him to discuss. I spoke to him briefly on the phone where he said he was still "debating this with his business partner," and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him to do the right thing. All I want was a refund, but especially for him to do the RIGHT THING. I then receive an email (see images) where he mentions my "abrupt cancellation" (remember, I gave a week's notice and had NO idea there was a cancellation policy to begin with because Flaco never told me) and that his priority is his teachers. Please note that it was FLACO who was to be our dance instructor on Feb. 19, NOT one of his dance instructors. PLEASE have a heart, Flaco, and refund me for the class. It's beyond classless how you have treated another human being. Why is it so hard to do the right thing?

The delivery was prompt and they left the table and chairs quickly without suggesting inspection. Did not think to open table or chairs until day of which ended up being a slight disappointment. The table was warped in the center so much that any item placed on either end shifted to the left or right. The table also had lots of exposed wood which caused a hazard for splinters, pulls on clothing and exposed screws. We made the best of the situation but not ideal. Called the day of pick up to advise the rental of the table issues and instead of apologizing and offering to fix the table, they insinuated I did something incorrect. Must state we were not looking for a discount but more so suggesting they fix the table. Thankful we had the option to rent but would appreciate quality control. Have to say the chairs were perfect and no issues. Not a great first experience.

You can order balloons lose or arranged. It definitely gets expensive, but the balloons hold up a lot longer than anything you'll get at a dollar store.
