Only 3 stars because I requested a manicure with acrylic nails. Specifically a manicure because I had hangnails and dried cuticles and the sides of my nails were dried. All I managed getting was an acrylic set, my cuticles weren't pushed down, I didn't even get the oil places on my cuticles. Usually you'll get oil applied and then go wash your hands, I wasn't even asked to wash my hands. You can see how dried my fingers are and how high my cuticles are. I ended up going to Walgreens after and having to buy cuticle RX to help with the dryness. I'm pretty sure I was still charged the full price for a manicure, I asked if that was the price for just the nails since my nails weren't soaked or anything and they Just told me yes. My nails did turn out really beautiful despite how dry they were, I got exactly what I asked for nail wise and they look even better now that I applied something to my cuticles. read more

It was me and my friend's first time there. We both got regular pedicures (I got gel polish added) and my friend wanted a manicure and I wanted a short full set with gel polish. The vibe was very nice, my friend and I both got our pedicures but my friend didn't get a manicure, he waited but no one ever got to him, even after they finished my full set. However, the lady that did my full set was very thorough, not stingy with the acrylic, filed and applied my nails perfectly and polished them neatly. My nails and toes look perfect. But my friend never got his manicure after he let them know twice. It might have just been a communication issue but overall I enjoyed the experience and service. read more

I spent 3 hours here and my nails are so bad. A friend and I went, hers look great. Mine on the other hand, the boy said he could do ombre, he can't. He made them so thick and uneven and lumpy.the girl came and asked me if everything was ok and I told her no but she didn't even help. But I feel like no one should have let my nails get like that, someone should have stepped in and helped. The boy would put the white powder on, then put glitter and then grind off the glitter and do it again. When he would look at it you could tell he didn't know he just wanted me to say it looked fine. I asked him if I could get them thinner anyway, he said no ombre has to be thick. But my friends were thin and nice. Then he gets an attitude when I say can we just take the glitter off and make them think and paint them. He said I didn't pick the right color and just looks at me. At this point it's like 845 and I'm ready to leave this place. I ask him to put the powder glitter on my whole nail and let me be. So then he said I just took off glitter. He finally does all the glitter and they are still so thick and uneven and he didn't even care. He was like ok thanks bye. They only charged me 25 dollars but still. No one asked if they were ok or if they could fix them. Unprofessional experience for me. They did have free water/drinks which was nice but still. I won't go back. My friend and I went here feeling a little skeptical with some of the reviews we've seen before with questionable work but we had a reservation for 1pm, we arrived a few minutes before 1 and was seated directly. I received a pedicure( the iluxe pedicure $38) and I loved it. The nail tech was very polite and she did great. I brought my own color in as well. They allowed my friend to sit with me while I got my pedicure and they worked on her nails since she was getting a shellac change. The nail tech worked on my nails and my friends nails and we left around 2:40pm. We were both pleased with our nails! Hoping to come back again to receive the same great service. read more

I got the most simple nails I've ever had, and was there for 2 hours while they did the job. I wouldn't have an issue with that if they actually looked good. They're thick, lumpy, unevenly filed, with polish that doesn't go to the edges & bubbles caught in the polish from putting me in front of a 2"x2" fan to let them dry. On top of that, they didn't cut my cuticles, push them back, or put oil on at the end. Really regret coming & wishing I didn't waste my time or money here! read more

A male nail tech groped my friend at this salon. Do not go here. He was giving her a "massage" and grabbed her breast & he said he was she beautiful while massaging her this is totally inappropriate and we will be in contact with the police. read more
