I'm surprised they have so many good reviews on facebook because as the other reviews on here have stated Monica is rude and patronising to her customers and is constantly making snide comments and you will get berated for the smallest thing like if you decide you want a different shade (which should not be a problem you're paying them enough money). You're also made to feel stupid for asking any questions. If anyone asks about paying by card they're treated like crap and told to go away. Another customer got shouted at by Monica because she 'used too much paper towel' after washing her hands. She is also always asking customers about whether they're single and making inappropriate comments about their sex lives. She also comments on people's appearances. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there and couldn't wait to leave to be honest. The man who did my nails also tutted and got annoyed at me after asking me to move my hand and he didn't even tell me which direction he wanted me to move it in. The nail quality also isn't that great either to be honest and it feels kind of rushed. There are plenty of better and more professional nail places in Exeter you can go to and I would recommend avoiding this one. read more

Amazing artistry, accommodating people... always had a fantastic job on my nails when coming here and the range of designs and art is the best around. Love the vibe, it's really friendly, everyone is very caring... I understand that the other reviewers didn't enjoy the experience but I think that's more a personality clash than anything else! I totally agree with what other have said the mother is so rude she runs you down in front of other customers, she thinks she is funny when she keeps using the F word but it's not at all funny she is downright rude. I have been there several times but now feel that enough is enough as she won't change and I've had enough. Perhaps her daughter and husband should explain to her that her actions are not at all good. read more

I went in on the 5th July for my second visit. I am not going back as the technician I had was mocking me for being anxious and not being relaxed. The technician said I will cut your finger off if you don't relax.I suffer from social anxiety so doing this is big for me. Don't go there if you have mental health issues as you will be mocked . read more

Monica is absolutely fantastic at doing nails. She is such a perfectionist. Really lovely family run nail bar. They all make you feel welcome and are so friendly.
