I took my mom here quite some time ago because she lives nearby and she had an awful experience! I almost flipped a table because of how stubborn the worker was! She doesn't like to cause a fuss but I left pretty pissed. Anyway, I found out that this place is under new management so I decided to take my mom here again (since she refuses to go anywhere further than 5 minutes away). The service was like night and day! I will start by saying the workers were very nice to the group I was with. We were a bridal party getting our nails done and they fit us all in. The store was clean and everything, which was great! I was not impressed with the quality of manicure I got. I got gel, expecting it to last at least a couple weeks, but mine started chipping less than a week later. Almost every nail is ready to peel off and it's been 10 days. I paid more here than I do for a manicure at my local spa/nail salon. The color also didn't quite match what I picked out either, but that is probably just me. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this store. read more

Made an appointment here for first thing in the morning before work. I'm from Rancho but I work near here and pass it frequently on my way to work so I thought I'd give it a try. Made my appointment and when I arrived they were totally busy and no one even noticed me or asked me if I had appointment for 7 minutes. I have never been one to leave a bad review but this is easily the worst set of nails I have had in my whole life. The man who did my full set shaped my nails so much on the side to the point that he was filing my nail bed. The tips are all different lengths and some of them even are crooked. I paid 65 dollars to get these nails done and I have never wanted them taken off so quickly. I love this place! I have not had my acrylics on for years and years. I went in and Long totally updated me on what is available.I ended up getting a full set with gel's and he was quick and efficient and friendly. They are gorgeous! I brought my daughter and my granddaughter with me and my daughter said that was the best nail job she ever had. She got an Ombré and they were stunning. my granddaughter got her nails done and she loved it and they were so sweet with her. This is my new nail place and my daughters as well! read more

One of the nail techs ruined this experience because she was unbelievably rude. I believe her name is Lynn. She was obviously upset at someone or something and was throwing a fit the whole time. She treated us like we were an inconvenience that she didn't have time for. My husband's pedicure was 12 minutes. We waited an hour for him to get a 12 minute pedi! My nail tech, Peter, was pleasant and thorough. In fact, everyone there was pleasant and if we didn't have to deal with Lynn, this review would have been better. Other than that, the place was a bit dirty and raggedy. They need new pedi chairs. Management - I recommend you get Lynn in check or you will lose business. read more

On 12.20.19, I got a dip mani and gel pedi and they both lasted 4 weeks with no chips or breaks. I went in on 1.17.20 to get my nails and toes done, I wanted to do the dip nails again, however they didn't have anyone aVailable to do the service. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing gift for my niece before her graduation and the experience was awful. I contacted the owner who was to get back with me regarding this, never heard back from him. Spent a good amount of money, and received the worst service ever. Techs did their job, it was just ok for what they charge... but the lady running the shop at the time ruined the entire experience. Went for a fill yesterday, left with my pink and white ombré nails no longer looking ombré because the white was shaved so thin and very bumpy sloppy nails with my skin painted...getting caught in my hair due to sharp weird notches and bleeding!!! I tried to fix myself at least enough to be presentable for work today then went back to the shop on my way home to have them fixed...they didn't have time to fix so I got "quick fix" still no white for the ombré part and not only that but my square nails with rounded corners were filed to a funky narrow top almost coffin shape which I get is "trendy" right now but I HATE IT! I like my nails straight in line with my nail bed, square with just the corners rounded so they aren't sharp...major fail and now I will have to probably pay to have them taken off and a new set put on the fix since they were filed so much!!!! This was only my second time at the shop and instead of apologizing for the messed up job the staff had done and for making me bleed I received a lecture about putting a top coat on myself!!!! I've been here twice, best price in town and they did a nice job. BUT, they do not use fresh, sanitized tools. The nail file and buffer that was used on me today looked as if it had been used all week. While removing polish from my nails, the lady decided to do one if her own nails with the same cotton ball before age was done with mine. All that is prohibited by the state board that incenses these places in California. All things considered I will not be returning. read more

I've been coming here for years on and off. Today was the first time I'd been back since the new owners took over and it's just not the same. The girl doing my pedicure wasn't rude but not friendly, didn't make eye contact or conversation but I didn't think it was a big deal. My friend and I both got the same pedicure ($27 before polish and extras) and I brought my own gel polish for mine to match the manicure I got at Tony's Nail Salon a few days ago. When the girl doing my toes realized it was gel polish she was noticeably annoyed (as if I weren't paying for the service) and when we paid they charged me $16 extra for gel. It's always extra, no big deal, but that much extra? I also still have a callus on one of my feet, she hardly scrubbed them even though I paid for the more expensive pedicure. I still gave a decent tip, not my usual but she didn't even acknowledge me when I tipped her. I won't be back. read more

I went here for a brow wax and ended up getting talked into "eyelash extensions". WHAT A NIGHTMARE. They were so painful that I tried to remove them. The glue dried into this black, hard as plastic material. Tried baby oil which is what they suggested, didn't work. Tried olive oil, steam, lash glue remover, prayers and pleading with Jesus. Nothing worked. I finally went to a local high end beauty salon who has a lash extension professional. She told me they used some sort of glue used for hair weaves and way too much of it. In the end there wasn't a lot she could do to save the lashes that were coasted in globs of this stuff. It was extremely painful and time consuming to remove them. I take my good review back. My gel nails started get scratched pretty bad a few days after my manicure. The girl did not do a good job and I think it has a connection with her rude attitude. My nails are chipping and one of them broke. The white is turned a weird off white color only after a few days. I'm going somewhere else now. read more

RACIST SALON!!!!! CALLED US WETBACKS. This nail salon was a mistake. The nail tech working on my set threw a ridiculous price at me after asking multiple times about the price and not getting a set response. He started at one price and somehow ended 30 dollars higher. If the situation would have been handled differently we could have came to a reasonable end point and I would have had no issue paying that price. The nail tech did not act professionally in any way shape or form. He got very aggressive and hostile, ignored me and the people I arrived with. We did not approach him with hostility, we were not rude and yet he raised his voice at us. He made faces at us. He then whispered "wetbacks" under his breath and thought that nobody noticed. So not only were we met with hostility, but racism too. When we asked to repeat what he whispered he completely ignored us. He continued to whisper curse words under his breath, sighing loudly and aggressively. He kept stretching, groaning and drowning us out while we were trying to simply figure out what got lost in translation during the appointment. At one point he stretched his arms out as if preparing to be physical with one of us, he laid his head down on the table and started breathing heavily. He got so angry he had to go to the back of the salon for over 5 minutes, we saw his coworkers calming him down. Over a small interaction with a customer? The racism? The rest of the staff was not helpful at all either. No one in the salon tried to fix the situation or reach a conclusion, everyone ended up ignoring us. When we went to pay (I did not get my nails painted I left with them unfinished and still paid) we asked for the nail techs name and the owner blatantly said "Peter" with a smug look on his face. He refused to tell us his real name and told us "we call him Peter" Then he started yelling at us claiming we "don't have common sense." I calmly said this rudeness and hostility is not necessary and he persisted. Once I said I would leave a review he said "No, it's all a misunderstanding ma'am." The behavior of the entire staff was incredibly unprofessional. They are racist and rude. I can confidently say this is the worst I've ever been treated in a nail salon. I will never ever return here again, and neither will the 2 other people I arrived with. I would avoid this salon at all costs if you're able. I would leave 0 stars if I could. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I don't do my nails often but they help me pick what I wanted without rushing me or pushing products on me. Another plus is they have reasonable prices for their products and services. My mom & I went in for manicure & pedicure and the woman that did my moms pedicure cut her toenails way too short and no matter how much my mom tried to have a conversation with her she just ignored my mom.
