I don't do this often, leave reviews, however I was left with broken nails with fungus growing under them. It is very rushed to get people in and out. Anywhere I've gotten my nails done has taken about an hour, I'm out in 25 minutes, with major damage to my nails and cuticles. I will not use them again. The staff is wonderful. I usually get Kelly for my nails but this time I had Mia. She was great, took her time, and did a great job. I got a Mani Pedi today and I am very satisfied. It was so relaxing. Sitting in the chair while she rubbed my legs and feet with exfoliating cream and moisturizer. I got the ombre nails airbrushed on. If looks great. As a walkin met immediately . Had long nails, showed technician shape I desired on my existing nails. She immediately clipped off that tip shape and proceeded to shape the rest same way. NO WHERE CLOSE to what I requested... As an out of stater would NEVER recommend. read more

I don't normally say much but bad experiences are becoming the new customer service and that's not good and should not be acceptable, no one has to love their job but they should give it 100% always!! So I was in a hurry and thought I would just go local to get my nails done for my nieces wedding. What a mistake they look awful. I paid for a full set so they would look even and nice. They are lumpy and all different angels and shapes. I have glue all over my fingers and under my real nails. The girl was in a hurry and just there for the buck! Yes my bad for not making her fix them, but I did pay so I shouldn't have to tell someone how to do their job RIGHT! read more

I don't usually complain, but this is the 2nd time I have come to this place and been skipped over. The first time was with a scheduled bridal party (which I was in)..waited 3 hours while individuals got taken care of before me. Ending with the only getting my pedicure done in time. This gentleman that did my nails completely destroyed my cuticles, they were burning and bleeding. There was blood all over the nail file and he threw it back into his desk after. My nails looked awful, there was gel on my skin after he did 4 coats he then filed again and it caused them to look scratched. Worst nail experience I've ever had. Well let's get the location details out of the way first. This salon is located in a big shopping plaza with JC Penney and Buffalo Wild Wings. However, it's located in a smaller strip mall just in front of it but you have to turn into the shopping complex to get to it. As far as the salon itself goes, it was alright. I've had better. There wasn't much of a wait and this was late afternoon on a Friday (today as a matter of fact). The process seemed a little rushed and I have a feeling the other nail tech might have done a better job but she was already with someone. I came for a fill and I think including waiting the whole process took just over 30 minutes. The tech seemed to rush over putting the nail polish on as the color is uneven and streaked on most of the nails. Why didn't I say anything? Because I'm just passing through so I'll deal for two weeks and get them done wherever I happen to at that time. For me, this was a shot in the dark, spur of the moment "I'm here in the area, let's see what nail salons are close by" time. The salon seemed to have regulars so maybe my tech was just in a hurry to get me out the door so she could attend to a lady who came in shortly afterwards for a pedi. Meh, whatever. read more

Received a poor pedicure. On top of this, my ombré paint requested looked nice while being done there, but once home shortly after & looked up close, I could see where my toe nails were not fully covered with color & parts of my nails were missing color. I could see through the paint. The areas missing color were from her removing excess paint from the skin with a brush but she was not watching that she took off too much. I overly paid for a poor pedicure & a paint job I will have to redo on my own. Total waste of money! read more

When I was there the man had nail clipping in his acetone, a DIRTY rag was on his trash can & while doing my full set he took it off the trash can & wiped my hands with it!!! Never told me changing shape was an extra charge (couldn't even get the shape right I had to go to another nail tech to get them fixed) very disappointed never going there again!!! read more

I stopped in this nail salon to get a fill on acrylic nails I had put on 2 weeks prior at a different business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! There were no other customers in the salon when I went in - but I felt the tech was rushed in doing my nails. I have horrible ridges - you can see and feel bumps where my original nails had grown out to. I had to have the tech - remove the polish she applied and remove glitter that was part of my original nail design that she "didn't see". This place is horrible and a waste of money. I will have to go somewhere else and have my nails fixed after this disaster!!! read more

I have gone here many times for pedicures and they turn out great! Decided to get shellac gel nails and they turned out HORRIBLE. The price is good, but I will never get them done there again. It's only been less than a week and they are already cracked and coming off. They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. The man doing my nails did not push back cuticles or anything before painting, and therefore look awful. Would not recommend. read more

Waste of money! A pedicure should take more than 15 minutes and that includes the time she left me sitting there to take Shelac off of a walk-in. I had called and made an appointment even! I would normally walk in too but thought being a Saturday it might be a good idea but I think she was afraid the walk in would leave so she left me halfway done in order to put the walk in into a position that she couldn't leave either. My pedicure was rushed, the massage chair was broken and I was treated like I was a bother instead of a client. I can paint my own toes, I get pedicures/manicures/massages to feel pampered!!!! absolutely terrible experience!!!!!!!! do not visit under any circumstances. first off the woman is an absolute troll with no sense of manners. i told her that the prices were too high for a full and regular polish she wanted $35. last time i checked that is the price for a full set and not at all what they have posted on the wall. she made me get out of her seat and wait another 40 minutes on the other man on top of the hour i had to wait here initially. to make matters worst she was calling her "appointments" which weren't answering so she was only doing this to spiteme only because i told her what another shop charges. so i waited. i paid. meanwhile she sat there with no customers and talked shit about me. but because i had no other time to go somewhere else and the one i normally go to was booked. tell me why my nail broke immediately after. like three days max. never coming here again. literally the one on the other side of the mall is much nicer. the better price and has cute chandeliers. whereas this one is decorated like cheap take out and the nail technician carries herself like the trash she is. have a better day than i did. go somewhere else. read more
