When my food arrived it sure looked the business, however thats were the fun ended, a few items really ruined the breakfast......my bacon was overcooked and rubbery, and my eggs were too, they wouldn't even run, the rest of the meal was adequate at best There is far nicer in the local area at similar prices

My local Tesco which is situated in Heanor between Derby and Nottingham. Not one of the massive…read morestores but it does stock a bit of electricals but no clothing. Has a cafe, bakery, petrol station, deli and a goodish selection of DVD's, CD's, Wii and DS games but no others. Large free carpark that people also use for the other shops in heanor.

These people are so incredibly poor at their jobs that they apparently are incapable of fulfilling…read morea simple order and would rather send out rudely-worded letters and cancel orders needlessly than deal with any of their many failings as a company. I ordered FRONTLINE FOR CATS. I received a confirmation email assuring me my FRONTLINE FOR CATS would arrive by second class postage after the 13th. On the 14th I received an email instead of what I had ordered and paid for. It asked me if my FRONTLINE FOR CATS was FOR A CAT! Nowhere in the confirmation process was it indicated that my order would be withheld and in fact cancelled by these utterly useless people if I did not inform them (though how I would do so is beyond me given that I WAS NEVER ASKED EVEN ONCE WHILE ORDERING OR CONFIRMING) that I wanted FRONTLINE FOR CATS...FOR A CAT! Having complained at such mediocrity being allowed to exist in the human race, let alone in a company that hands out drugs, and asked them to actually bother to do their jobs, I received a very rudely worded letter informing me that my order had been cancelled because I'd apparently hurt the precious feelings of whoever had to read my complaint. If this is how they do business then they do not deserve to be in business any more.
