My kitty after getting a bath and grooming today

Good service and staffs are friendly and conscientious. This is my first time here and I definitely will come back. My kitty is so clean and smells good after getting a bath, nails clipping, and a little bit of fur trimming. He enjoyed the relaxation all that time. They did it with their whole heart and all love for the animals. I recommend you to choose this location for your cat bathing and grooming!!

My Pomeranian was in the serious need of grooming. Made a next day appointment. Was late but they still accepted him. Omg. He looked so good when I picked him up. Will definitely recommend and return

This review is long overdo! Our doodle Shug has had the best experiences at Ceci's. Not only are they extremely professional and quick in their communications, but they do amazing work! We cannot go anywhere without being complimented on her coat, and we are very thankful for all of the care they put into their grooms. Their prices are incredibly fair, and we look forward to being repeat customers.

The women were very sweet! I called and was able to get a next day appointment. My Maltese was in rough shape with some matting that I had tried to cut myself (so he went in with a bad haircut) but they evened it out and made him look 5 years younger. He wasn't shaking or anything (he normally does at our previous groomer) I'm very pleased! And Dippy will be going back soon p.s: I dropped him off at 9 am and he was done at 11:30! Love that!

Please stay away from this business! I had an awful experience as it was my first time taking my puppy here. My mother had convinced me since she had taken her dog there a few times before. I should had followed my gut feeling when I first walked in. I noticed they were taking a lot of appointment in. What was a red flag was when they called us within an hour and a half. My mother had to head to work right after so we did not have time to inspect our pets. Immediately I could sense my puppy was not the same. Once I saw the scratches on my puppy I was so devastated!! but that was not it my mom's dog penis was clipped on the edge. You can imagine how angry and devastating this is to find on your pet. We did try contacting the owner about the situation. She requested some pictures. Up until this date no reply. We had to take our little one to the vet as it turned into an infection. Thank you for owning up to your mistakes. As I can see in previous reviews that are well hidden with these 5 star reviews you have a reputation of doing this to animals. I sure wont be spreading any positive feedback about your business. I won't stop revealing the truth about this awful horrible place.

All three doctors at those facilities blamed his being overweight and diet. But the issues did not improve with new diets, pills and prescription food. We were frustrated and KODI was getting worse. I heard about Dr. Oh at Abbott Veterinary Hospital do I made an appointment. On our very FIRST visit, Dr.Oh climbed down on the floor and did a digital exam and found that KODI had a polyp that was causing at least most of the problem. We scheduled surgery with her to remove the polyp but during surgery Dr.Oh found that the polyp was larger than first examined and she indicated KODI needed to go to Blue Pearl for more extensive surgery. To sum up the story, KODI had a successful surgery, tumor was not malignant, and he is doing exceptionally well thanks to a wonderful Dr. Oh who took the time and care to do what being a veterinarian is all about...caring for those who have no voice. Heartfelt thank you to Dr. Oh.

I left with only an antibiotic, probiotic and his food they'd given him. We went with the cheapest option since I am currently a college student only working a part time job. They told me in order to figure out what was wrong with him I'd have to bring him back for blood work. Two and a half weeks later I came back because of what they said. I had to come up with another 200 since the test is $185. When I get back to pick my boy up, turns out my bill had racked up to 400. So I had to get my friend to help me pay. WHY? Because medically I understand but the fact that initially came in honestly trying to do the right thing for my boy with the tightest pocket only for them to extort me from 400 dollars. I say extortion because the second visit they did a rectal exam, which should have happened the first time. instead of making me come back to pay money i dont even have in my pocket. when they handed my boy back, they placed him at the front door. i payed up front and didnt get much time to question anything since there was someone behind me. id been taken to the back with other visits and they typically take their time to explain the visit but this time they did not. my significant other called back because everything felt wrong and they did in fact state it was not necessary for my boy to have a blood test to figure out if he was constipated. they let my cat suffer for almost three weeks just for more money. i used to love coming here...thanks Dr. O for also turning your cheek when I wanted to express what had just happened.

As is standard at boarding facilities, they require a temperament ($25) visit to observe the dog before boarding, but this includes the day of daycare. When I called to schedule, the person I spoke with was helpful and informative. We've only left Holland here once so far for about 5 nights (so have been by 4 times: dropping off and picking up each for the temperament visit and boarding). The 24-hour boarding rate is $30, which is a pretty good price for what you get...the pups don't stay in crates the whole time, they've got space to roam around and play and hang out with other pup friends. They separate the dogs by size as needed, which is comforting since although Holland can hang with the big dogs (and thinks she's a big dog), she's only 10 lbs. We haven't taken advantage of any of the grooming available, but they offer the basics (bath, nails, etc) for decent prices. They also don't charge extra to provide medicine, something we've had to deal with at some boarding places. We haven't met the owner, but the owner's father has been in 2/4 times we've visited and he's very friendly and really gets to know your pet. The staff also love pets and remember their personalities from what I can tell. This is the sort of place that could charge $15-25 more per day of boarding if they were closer to the city, but since they're in Lilburn, you get a good bang for your buck. This is another great local business and we were happy to find them after our recent move!

Funny bones didn't call us or say anything about it to us. The girl at the front desk said she was with him just about the whole week but still didn't know what happened. She ended up calling the owners father Kenny and we spoke with him. Sent pictures of the injuries and he still couldn't tell us. Kenny was rather surprised when we told him we need to take him to the vet. Which was very concerning since this is a place that should be caring for your dogs. He showed no concern about the issue and repeatedly stated "He had a good morning" (He was there for 7 days) and was very unapologetic. Upon taking him to the vet, thankfully it was nothing too harmful but it was a major hotspot. That should not have gone unnoticed especially since it was in plain sight. After politely reporting to Kenny what the issue was and we were very dissatisfied with the care they showed for our dog, Kenny responded with "We are glad your dog is fine." (I am not stating my dog's name). No apology for it going unnoticed, or no compensation. Won't be back.

You never, ever feel rushed and you feel as if you've made a lifetime friend that you'd literally do anything for. Janet from Critter Sitters really saved us!…read more If I had imagined the perfect kitty sitter, Janet Green of Critter Sitters surpassed it. She was everything I hoped for in a sitter and more, going above and beyond my most hopeful expectations. She was responsive, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and all around wonderful. I can't begin to express what a relief it was to have Janet watching our cats when everything else seemed in chaos. My husband and I were trying to navigate a trip to help my elderly mom after knee replacement surgery (the day before elective surgeries were halted due to COVID-19) and had the trip extended unexpectedly when we realized she needed way more recovery time. When I had to change our first meet and greet due to my flight getting canceled five times (due to the pandemic) she was understanding and accommodating. When I finally got back (for just one day before returning to my mom) Janet listened attentively when I introduced her to our three kitties and when I showed her the medications for our elderly cat, asking great questions. When we were gone she visited our kitties twice a day, every day. She sent the most adorable pictures after every visit so we knew our cats were being looked after, along with detailed text updates and even occasional videos of them playing. Her messages were a ray of sunshine in what was otherwise chaos. If all that weren't enough, she found a better way to give our 19 year old IBD cat his twice daily medication AND she gave him his subcutaneous fluids. Having Janet as our guardian kitty angel was like having an old trusted family friend looking after our cats.

Recently our pet sitter through Critter Sitters retired and we met with our new sitter one time. Everything seemed fine and we were scheduled to go out of town and had confirmed with the new sitter employed by Critter Sitters that everything was in order. Yesterday I asked for clarification about the billing since it seemed substantially higher with the new sitter over what we had paid previously - in response, I have been told that the sitter's schedule has changed and that I should seek care for my animals elsewhere. With little more than a week's notice, this was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I've tried to communicate my experience to the owner of the company but the line has been busy for some time; will update this review if new information becomes available but sadly, I can no longer recommend this business and would seek care for pets elsewhere. Update: the owner responded and while appreciated, I find the way this situation was handled by Critter Sitters very unprofessional. I can include the text conversation for reference as I did not negotiate: I asked a question about a price difference between two different sitters employed by the same company, a difference of over 300 dollars. The only "policy" I see enforced or followed here is poor customer service.
