So here we have a 92 year old veteran that through not fault of his own was rushed to the hospital the night before his transport and has been denied $50 of his $143 payment. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Your told one thing by the person taking the calls and another by the owner. You took the money with no problem but to get a full refund you suddenly have "policies".

I got in and calked dispatcher I told her I was curious as to what the meter said , she said 50 dollars 80 cents. I said really!! I was pissedn very upset. Im a generous woman I love to tip. I ended up giving him a totally if 110.00. Up until as im making this review. I've had no feed bk. No response n nothing else has been said or no one has addressed me !! From the moment I called to reserve a limo for my son's Senior Prom, the service I received was…read morenothing less than spectacular. The communication on time and address for pick up was great. They reached out the day before to confirm the details and give me the name of our driver. Mike, our drive was not only on time, he was a few minutes early. He gave me and my wife a full brief of the limo, showed us around, and verified when and where our son was supposed to be dropped off. When he got over to my son's date's house, he took her little brother and sister for a short ride while she finished getting ready. Once the kids left, he took them to a local park and took pictures for us. Mike got them to the school right on time and even offered to take my wife and I around for 30 minutes since we still had time left. I can't say enough how much we appreciate the service and the driver we got. Elite Rides will be our first choice whenever we need a limo service.

Cynthia at the Scranton location cost my mother $200 in Lyft costs because she chose to be…read moreuntrustworthy. One of my mother's travel bags was left on the bus coming from Philadelphia to Allentown, due to the bus driver detaching her two travel bags. A nice gentleman at the Scranton location named Mike retrieved her bag and put it away. He left detailed instructions for Cynthia to put the travel bag on the first bus the next morning, heading out of their location and to Allentown. My mother and I were to meet the bus and grab the bag. He also asked that Cynthia give us a call to let us know that the bag was on the bus and heading to the Allentown location. When we did not receive a call from Cynthia, we called her regarding the bag. As soon as my mother told her who she was, Cynthia disconnected the call. When we called back, Cynthia claimed that there was an issue with the phone and commenced to lie about why she didn't put the travel bag on the bus. She claimed to not know what was going on even after reading the instructions that were left for her by Mike. She claimed to have plans on calling but never called. She claimed to be in the middle of figuring out what she needed to do. She told my mother that she had to wait until the next day to get her bag. Cynthia clearly tried to hold the bag at her location an additional day. I'm sure she had plans on going through the bag and stealing something because she went out of her way to ensure the bag did get on the bus. We had to take a Lyft an hour away to get the travel bag. This company is horrible, so Cynthia will likely not be reprimanded for her shady behavior.
