Cutting me? Really? First off I want to preface that this is a place that I used to frequent when getting acrylics. I have since stopped for the health of my nails. Today I took my little cousin to her first pedicure. They did a great job painting the nails for both of us. The gentleman who did my cousins nails was gentle and kind to her. Props to him for that. However, the gentleman doing mine was very rough when filing my nails and using the sugar scrub on my skin. So much so that I was left with cuts. I do not think I will be coming back. We came here for pedicures and wow -- this place is amazing. The whole experience felt so relaxing and elevated. We got the Lavender Orange pedicure and the Honey pedicure, and both were incredible. The trays of ingredients, the scents, the massage... everything was thoughtful and felt like a true spa treatment, not just a basic pedicure. The staff was kind, gentle, and really took their time. My pedicure still looks perfect a week later. If anything changes, I'll update, but so far it's holding up beautifully! This review goes beyond the quality of service it's about how this business treats its employees. What I witnessed was deeply concerning. The receptionists are routinely subjected to rude, disrespectful, and even harassing behavior from customers, and management does nothing to intervene or set boundaries. Even more troubling, this behavior appears to be tolerated if not indirectly rewarded which creates a toxic and unethical environment. No employee should be left to endure that kind of treatment without support. A business reflects its values in how it protects its staff, and unfortunately, this place falls far short. I cannot support an establishment that allows this kind of conduct to continue unchecked. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend it to others. read more

I guess like any other business, your service experience is only as good as the technician you end up with. I went here once before and had a fantastic lady named Linda do my nails. I ended up with 2 men today who did not understand a word I said. I asked for them to even out my nails and toes, not done, I asked for them to match my regular toe polish to a gel for my hands, not done, the manicure person got gel polish on my hand and almost rubbed a hole in my hand to get it off. Now I am leaving for vacation with the worst experience of my life. They also tried up up-sell me on more expensive pedicures several times. Too bad. read more

Having some issues, but it usually takes me two or three tries before I find what I like. I did love the atmosphere at this place and the people were very nice. The salon is nice. I was able to walk in and there wasn't a super long wait. I do feel like they are a little pushy with sales/extras. I came in for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was good, she actually took her time, was reasonably priced (they do have different pedicure packages/rates) and it looked good, but it did not last longer than a week. The dip manicure was the biggest disappointment. They did both the manicure and pedicure at the same time, which means twisting your body to one side for the entire pedicure (not very comfortable, especially with the chair massager only being able to work one side since I was completely turned in my chair to accommodate the manicure at the same time). When did cuticles become an extra and not included in the manicure? Dip alone was already overpriced in my opinion ($51) and then I had to pay an extra $10 for her to cut my cuticles. Why?! The dip was incredibly thick and the cuticle cut back was not good, which meant the dip was not flush and ended up lifting within 6 days. For a $61+ manicure I would expect it to last a bit longer. Overall, I would not come back here as it felt salesy, rushed and overpriced. read more

I've paid less for better quality nails in LA. I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure for 140$. The guy doing the pedicure kept trying to upsell me aggressively by flipping to the most expensive options in the book and asking me questions really fast. It felt honestly manipulative. Also gave me the wrong color on my toes but I figured it would be more money to fix it once I noticed so I didn't bother. The woman who did my nails was nice and shaped them well but was rushing and left my cuticles messy. Also I posted a picture because half my nails were unpolished. They couldn't tell what was used and thought it looked like dip with gel on top and acrylic. They had never seen anything like it and it took a long time to get these ones this removed. read more

I came in as a walk in, nice place a little bit more expensive than average. I called ahead to make sure it was ok to just walk in but my appointment felt super rushed like they were just trying to get me out of there asap. I got a colored French tip in which she smeared paint and I had to ask her to fix multiple times which never was fully fixed so I just accepted it. The acrylic was an iffy job, it's been a week and my paint is chipping. Probably wouldn't go back here when my original nail salon is cheaper and does better, service is probably only good if you are a regular and have a specific nail tech you see. I got my acrylics done at LV nails by Tom. Tom is new to LV nails, however I have been getting my nails done by him for almost a year now and followed him from his last salon. He does amazing work and always pays so much attention to detail. I always leave with nails I absolutely love. I cannot recommend him enough! read more

Did you know you were being filmed here? Previously I had quality manicures and pedicures here from Tina. Last week another technician gave me the most unprofessional manicure I have ever had. She barely used the file, barely attended to the cuticles before putting on the polish. I thought how disappointed I would have been if I gave someone a gift certificate to LV and they got this slip-shot care. I wasn't going to say anything but she asked and I said it was the fastest, least complete manicure I ever had. The manager's reaction was strange. He said he checked the film to document when I sat down and it was a 30 minute manicure which was standard. He also said the technician was one of their best! Very dismissive. I gave her a tip hoping the polish would stay on. The polish was chipping in 24 hours on almost every nail. The manager's reaction was odd. And challenging my diplomatic reaction to the low quality of the manicure with a review of the film was not a spa experience I would recommend. Apparently your nail tech can be an absolute jerk to you, choose your color for you, complain and roll her eyes when you don't like the color she chose against your will, and then leave your nails tacky and not even finished..... and after all that, this salon will not redo them. They will charge you to redo them but ever so graciously will save you the $15 to take off the crappy nails that they ruined. If you like being treated kindly while you pay $50+ to get your nails done, don't go here. read more

Having Jolene do them I am always happy how they look and she does such a great job never do they break or discolor. Plus I get a whole month doing dipped nails. I have a word or two to say about the Customer Service at this location. I did a walk in with a friend for a pedi. My friend was the one that they started the pedi on...I was paying.... I waited...and waited...and waited...my friend was just about done with her pedi and I was still waiting....3 other people came in for a pedi and they were getting their pedi...I asked for the Owner...BILLIE.. he had no explanation for my wait and offered no compensation for my wait. I shook off the gel from my feet, put on my shoes and walked out of the "spa" NEVER TO RETURN TO That so called "spa" that states "YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.."they need to rethink that....
