My friend and I went here the other day only because the traffic was so bad, we gave up on trying to get back to where we had originally planned to go. We both got pedicures, mine was done really well and seemed really thorough, but my friends was pretty awful looking. She had polish all over her toes, and they also managed to somehow get it on the back of my Michael Kors bag.. After the pedicures, we were planning on getting our fingernails fixed, as well. My friend wanted her set soaked off and a new one put on, and I needed a fill and gel polish change. There was NO ONE getting their nails done at any of the stations, but they insisted on doing our nails as we sat in the pedicure chairs. I know this is a normal practice, but it's not comfortable, and seemed unnecessary for the volume of customers at the time. My acrylics had grown out somewhat, so when the tech asked if I'd like them trimmed, I told her yes. She proceeded to cut them so short that they just look like they're my natural nails, but for some reason really thick and weird.. The nail on my right middle finger ached for a few days after because she had cut my natural nail completely down to the quick. When she cut them, she asked me what I thought, and I knew they were too short, but what could I do? Start all over again? After she cut them, she "filled" them. It took all of 5 minutes and as you can see from the photo, they're not really full. After she filled them she filed them, and I kept telling her they looked too round and some were crooked, but the would just half heartedly throw the file around at the end and say "is this okay?", so I just gave up. Then, she painted on 1 coat of the gel polish I picked, had me put each hand under the light for 2 minutes, (HOT!) did a topcoat, and as you can tell from the picture, you can see right through it. We had been here so long at this point, and I'm not the type of person who likes to make a fuss (and I shouldn't HAVE to advocate for myself in order to have decent work done) so when my friend saw my nails, she just had them leave hers bare, and we paid and left. It was just your typical bad nail job that was the result of rushing and not taking your time, but that should not have happened because THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. What a joke. read more

Walked in and there were 5 nail techs sitting down. Two of the five had clients. When I walked in I asked for a polish change. The nail tech that greeted me asked if anyone wanted to do it. The first available said no. She was watching what looked like a tv show on her iPhone. The second lady that was available basically said no and called on the third lady. At this point I was going to walk out but the calmness in the third ladies voice made me think that not all of them were unprofessional. The one star is for her! The place was nice and everyone else seemed to love it... but I was really disappointed. The dip nails turned out awful and chunky. I had to ask the male tech to trim my cuticles, he laughed then charged me an extra $5 to do so with the manicure. The shape was horrible. I had to reshape them myself when I got home. Visiting from out of town and cracked a nail...super gross. Staying at Holiday Inn and found this gem of a nail place just down the street. Not only did he fix my busted nail, he made all my nails look fantastic. Very conscientious staff. While there, a customer came in with a mangled nail...they fixed it for no charge. read more

This past Sunday my daughter and I decided to have an impromptu pedi party. After surfing the web, we gave LN Nail Spa a call, and were pleasantly surprised when they were able to fit us in within the hour. When we walked in we were promptly greeted and asked to choose our nail color from a huge selection of colors and brands. We both chose the peppermint pedicure for $35.00 which gives you a luxurious and relaxing pedi with massage and warm wax. Of course we opted to splurge and add some cute flowers. I do not recommend this place. I had sns dip nails don't Thursday of last week, it's just now Tuesday and they are already chipping and cracking and look awful. I showed them a picture from their own facebook page of how I wanted my nails done and what she did is not even remotely close. The nail art polish is chipping off, the art she did looks like my 7 year old did it and she even tried to rush me out without doing the design which at this point I guess would have been better. I should have left when she started because instead of soaking off my acrylic nails she tried to peel them of a nail tip and because of that she broke 2 of my nails all the way down to the nail bed when they were almost an inch pat my fingertips when I got there. Then she would not shorten my nails to the length I wanted because I refused to let her peel the rest of my acrylics off so she could put tips on my real nails instead of just using my real nail which is what I wanted and I communicated that the second I walked in the door and many more times after that. Ive been searching for a good place in the area, because I'm very picky with my nails. People just rush and don't even care anymore. I decide to try this place due to the reviews. Kenny did my nails and did great. Made me feel so comfortable. Kept asking if eyerthing looked good and if I was thirsty. I really am happy with his work. My nails were horrible before from people being lazy and putting color gel acrylic on top of another color gel acrylic. Kenny just gave me a whole new set because they were so bad. He took his time and didn't rush at all. He let me know he takes his time and he did awesome. I will be going back here and I recommend other people to try it also. I even got 10% off just for checking in on here. Awesome! I thought the price was gonna be so high because he had to take my nails completely off and start over. I dislike writing bad reviews but I went there for my first time today and I probably won't return for a few reason. On a positive, they were prompt in greeting my and very polite and had a wide selection of colors. The place also looked great although it had an odd smell (could possibly have been the cleaning products they use but I couldn't have been in the for a pedicure in addition to my nails. The worst part was that they did not paint all the way down to my cuticles. I've heard of large nail salons doing this so they bring in returning clients fast. However this was my first experience at a larger nail salon and sure enough this is exactly what they did. I was very disappointed and felt ripped off. read more

Horrible customer service! My friend and I went there to get our eyebrows done. I wasn't very pleased with mine but hers were awful. She had splotches in her eyebrows and dark dye spots. We went up to the salon after we left and were in better lighting and noticed the eyebrows were really messed up. The owner was very disrespectful yelling at the both of us. We demanded that we get the money back for the eyebrow tint and she continued to disrespect us (customers). We told her we were going to leave a bad review and she proceeded to take a picture of my friend without her consent. and said she wanted to picture for proof that she didn't do anything wrong, she definitely did. Eventually she gave us the money back. And then went back into the nail salon and started screaming at the top of her head and breaking stuff. Her daughter walked out of the salon bawling her eyes out saying it wasn't the first time that this has happened. This has absolutely never happened to me, and was actually very shocking that an owner would have this demeanor towards customers. if I could rate zero stars I would. I've never had fake nails before so I really didn't know what I wanted, type, color, etc. The young ladies were so sweet and kind, they asked what I wanted, so I told them I didn't know. They explained the types, colors, styles, etc. We finally picked a "natural nail" with a white tip. They really don't look exactly like "french" someone told me they are called"amerian". What ever they are I LOVE THEM. Ken did the work, he was kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. His manner was so assuring that I didn't worry a bit. I wanted something that was not "claw like" since I have short ugly nails I wanted something manageable. At first they looked like they would be too short.... but they are actually perfect for me. They aren't too long that I can not type or write, they really do look natural. This place will be my "go to to relax" place. Slow as all get out. They took forever to start on me and left old gel polish stuck to my fingers. I'm very disappointed.

Nail technician (Judy, went to see her after seeing good reviews) made me feel like I was an inconvenience and worked in a scurry, without paying attention to the important details. Ex: Used brushes with glitter all over it to "dust off" debris which then added glitter onto my nails. The underside of my fingers had glue dried up and debris stuck between and under my fingers, because of her haphazard switching between base/glue/coating/polishes without even looking at the labels. I kept having to dig and remove debris from under my nails. I realized once I got in my car, the nail technician had used bonding glue for dip powder on my cuticles...... it took a good 15 minutes to peel off myself because she failed to look at it. I had to go to another salon the next day because after repeatedly telling her how to shape my nails it wasn't done properly. Regretted this visit. Wasted 2 weeks of gas money. read more
