The quality of the gel manicure was far less than most, and the polish was not applied evenly to the entire nail. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. Don't buy all the hype about this spot. Yes, the atmosphere is clean and new but the manicure I just got was that of a beauty school or less. No massage, the color and my nails are uneven and I had 2 bleeding cuticles. The lady LAUGHED when I asked her to correct it (after her 20% tip) and told me I didnt need to come back. Trust me... I will never ever ever go anywhere else to get my nails done. Bold statement, I know. But this place is GREAT! It was a holiday weekend and they were slammed but the staff were so efficient at getting people through WITHOUT sacrificing quality service. I got a pedi and shellac mani and they did little extras that I'd never had anyone else do before. They're very interactive, the owner was checking in with everyone and singing the whole time. Incredibly clean establishment with plenty of chairs. They also have a huge cooler of complimentary drinks including alcohol. Have been going to LV nails for over a year since moving from the northeast. They have obviously grown in customer support but have gone way down in service. Went to have my nails and feet done and half way through having nails done was told to go and sit to have my feet done. She told me she would finish doing nails at the feet station, not only hadn't she finished doing my cuticles and filing but did a terrible job painting nails. She kept telling new customers where to go and what they needed to do. Think they need to focus on quality more than quantity. read more

I get my nails done every 3 weeks, I have never been in and out of a salon within 30 minutes. Felt very rushed, and they were extremely pushy when I was trying to choose my color. My friend and I went in Friday and the wait wasn't long and the staff was very nice but the pedicure was not the best. We both got pedicures and mine was great but another girl painted them and she didn't do 2 coats. When I asked she said she did but I watched her only do 1 coat and now they are chipping. I can usually keep the same polish on for longer than a week. My friends pedicure was not a full pedicure and the girl that did hers kept taking breaks to text, during the pedicure. Rating of 2 would have been a one if I hadn't been there before. I have definitely had fine experiences here previously, however I had terrible manicure yesterday! I get gel manicures because my nails are so thin already and the technician literally tore the gel off of my fingers. The owner had to come over and help try to save my nails. Make sure you watch what they are doing and speak up if you see something seems strange. I'm so bummed out bc the salon is so close to my house, however I will not be back. read more

I don't keep my nails done but have come here about 5 times over the last year for gel manicures and pedicures. I decided to get both a few days before going on vacation. 5 days later my gel polish started lifting, normally a gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks. I returned from vacation and went back to the salon which was day 9 and showed them where my polish was lifted and chipped and said that I had just had them done the week before. I was told to sit in a chair and a lady came over and started removing my polish and told me to pick a different color. She redid my manicure which I expected to be at no charge since I had just spent $70 there 9 days prior. She finished and said "$25". I spoke to someone else in the salon about the short time my nails lasted and all she could say is that happens. I'll definitely be looking for another salon since this one doesn't stand behind their services. read more

I went for a pedicure yesterday and was thrilled with the result. Ginger was friendly and efficient and the pedi is beautiful. The salon was very clean and the chairs very comfortable.
