The girls were super nice and we were grateful that they were able to get us in within a few minutes. We were also pleased that they offered gel for the same price as a regular mani or pedi. My mom got a manicure and I got a pedicure. I got the highest price pedi, because I wanted extra massage. My toenails look good, but the massage was not worth the extra price. I felt rushed. My mom enjoyed her manicure, but less than a week later her nails look terrible! Even with the gel, she had lots of chips and missing nails. See the pics. For my acrylic set I got builder gel, medium length, 10 finger design, and a deep french. I was serviced by Ms. Kimmi and she was lovely, we talked a little and I do understand some people like talking during these but she made a bit of small talk and definitely not too much for my liking. Just the perfect amount. I heavily enjoy how she serviced me and how welcoming she was. The whole nail salon is vivid with conversation and music which was amazing, creating a cozy atmosphere. They were very busy, I'm extremely grateful for being able to get in immediately. Even if I wasn't, their wait times are around 15 minutes per person. Kimmi did amazing on my nails even if I did challenge her for her first time trying this style. Love this place and definitely recommend. read more

This is our go-to spot for pedis when I'm in town visiting. We generally get outstanding service although some techs are better than others (that's true of any business). They don't wear name tags so I don't know their names but today I had one of the guys. He does great work but is not the gentlest...but he does give a great massage! We get the LV spa pedi ($55) which includes hot stones and I added on the paraffin wax (ahhhhh). The establishment is always very clean and the glass front makes it bright. We've talked about trying another place but why fix it if it ain't broke? read more

On my first visit about a year ago, the nail tech didn't pay much attention to what he was doing and had his head turned the whole time. So after a year, I decided to give the salon another chance. This time I made an appt for a regular manicure and a pedicure. The manicurist did a basic job, didn't speak two words to me but no big deal. While my nails were still drying, they directed me to the pedicure chair. I sat there for a while until a nail tech was available. Finally, someone brought me a nail polish ring and my service began. She did a poor job overall. She scrubbed my calves with the exfoliating scrub super aggressively with her gloves and then no lotion whatsoever. She didn't pay much attention to what she was doing either and even though I told her 3x the polish number, she still started painting with the wrong color. I was her last appt so as soon as she finished painting, she grabbed her purse and told me to pay up front. So with wet toes, I walked to the front and of course the throw away flip flops rubbed on the polish. She moved them back onto my feet, noticed the polish messed up and chose to ignore it. When she told me the amount, I asked how much was the manicure. The total was more than Ive paid in years for the same services. Thats when she said gel manicures and regular are the same price. Interesting. When I walked to the car in the throw away flip flops with still wet polish, I knew I would never return. I thought to myself, there was a time that I had to save up for a mani/pedi and how sad that would be if I had saved up for this sub par experience. The salon texts you a survey after leaving so I left a brief comment about having to return because my polish was messed up before I left. I also called to schedule a polish appt and explained what happened, she said ok. I ended up having to cancel the appt and have been to events,etc with the polish this way because of my work schedule. Never again will I waste my hard earned money on this place. read more

I got there at 1:40 on a Saturday with no appointment and was with a manicurist within 5 minutes of walking in. I probably wouldn't come here again. I got a mani and pedi and they came out nice, however, the technician put the wrong toe nail polish color on my toes and then tried to remedy it by offering to put the right color over it...I decided to just accept the color since it was gel and it was already cured on one foot. The water for my feet was cold and even when i asked for it to be adjusted, the little bit of warm water added didn't make it much warmer. It was pretty disappointing to be honest. Nothing about this place from the massage chairs to the service was even remotely pleasant/relaxing. If you want an enjoyable experience, don't go here. Way too pricey for the service provided. Now, if you need your nails done, and don't care about your feet being harshly sanded down during your pedicure, your skin bleeding from being prodded by a tool to clean out the underside of your nails, and only having the option of using a wet towel to dry your hands..(I don't even wanna know where they think the logic exists with that one, then go ahead and get your nails done here! read more

Fantastic nail salon! I just moved to MS from CA and was looking for a new regular nail salon. I read reviews and decided spur of the moment to try this place out. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon for a full set of pink and white acrylics. I was greeted and was taken back almost immediately, even though they were pretty busy. Lan did my nails and she did a great job! I showed her a picture of how I normally have them shaped and she matched them almost perfectly. She was fast but didn't rush and do a crappy job like most places. The best part was the hot towel with essential oil she wiped my hands down with when she was done. The owners are phenomenal... Hands Down! This reviews is about my last visit... Speedy Gonzales works there so if you want a quality and professional pedicure.. Book with one of the start techs or leave in 30 minutes with the high end pedi that's less equivalent to the $30 basic pedi. It was evident she did NOT want to do it. Everyone in the chairs were getting pedicures when I arrived and they were still getting pedicures when I left.. Picture that!! I would have been better off letting my grand daughter polish my toes, atleast they would have been neat and NOT layers of clump!! Went for a mani/pedi. I figured they would have the normal pedicure chairs...boy was I wrong! It was wonderful the amount of massage points the chair had. They have 3 choices of pedicures. I chose the basic. For being basic it was still very thorough and relaxing. As usual the massage scrub is always a nice bonus. Normally I don't get a manicure because I have natural nails and can do them myself. I needed them cut down and enjoyed the pedicure so I went for it. The nail technician was again very thorough and detailed. The general appearance is bright and relaxing at the same time. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. Very clean facility, new pedicure chairs and they use sanitary bags and tools every time. I explained to the tech that being in the military, my nails have to be in a certain standard and she fulfilled my expectations. I paid attention to the way they interacted with the customers and I was very please. It was my first time visiting so I entered my information into the system on an iPad to sign in and out. So every time I visit and sign in, I accumulate points and after so many points I can get a free service. Everyone were very down to earth. They suck! Such a rip off. So the sign say gel nails $35 at the end of service they tell me it's for gel powder. First off gel powder? That not even a real thing. Gel is an actual gel, that should of been my que to leave then. Now he tell me that it's an extra $20 for gel polish. Really guy? Gel polish cost u $5 a bottle. The process is quicker also. The guy kept messing up on my nail shape. He didn even know the shape. Never again will I drive 40 mins for 1 to get ripped off. I'll continue at Tina's in Pascagoula on chicot st.
