There are endless excuses for not responding to messages and repeated claims their e-mail server is down. Nobody's server loses 3/4 of the e-mails sent to it. If the service was that bad you wouldn't keep it. Every time I asked for a paint date I got told "we'll get to it when we get to it. You're on the schedule." But never told where on the schedule I was or how many jobs were ahead of me. If I hadn't already paid them almost $1K I wouldn't keep them as my painters. I had someone stop by to look at my house today saying they'd been asked to be a subcontractor to do the job...more than 7 weeks after the job is supposed to already been done. Pathetic.

Ann is energetic, kind, respectful and patient as we sort through 26 years of who-knows-what that's accumulated in my house. I never felt pushed or rushed. When I needed a break, we took a break. We are sorting, donating, trashing and keeping things in a way that makes sense. The next phase is painting and reworking the work flow of the kitchen and some new flooring.
