22 minutes and 5 people came in to order after me. It takes 5 minutes to cut 3.5 lbs of cheese . Jessica running register and two with sandwiches. Surely someone could cut cheese and those after me could wait 5 minutes. Poor customer service. We all need to wait our turn but to be shoved aside and ignored is absolutely uncalled for. Mr Lykrns. We like ur store, however today certainly made me think again about gracing its doors. It has now been 28 minutes and still waiting. 30 minutes of waiting to get 3.5 lbs of cheese. Even though I live close by, I only stop by very occasionally. The food is not very good and the staff always seem to be profoundly unhappy, all if them! It's been this way for years and I'm not sure why. This evening I went in for an ice cream, typical unhappy staff and not a mask on any of them. I don't see a reason to go back there. read more

Likens is a very busy place. They offer hot and cold sanwhiches, ice cream, snacks, and sell gas. I have some problems with their computer getting to to do what I want it to do AND complete my order. Don't expect help with the computer at lunch time. Other than that, they offer good fast food at fair prices. read more

Orders have come out wrong. Missing items I asked for. Once it was the wrong sub. Staff gets very flustered if there are more than two orders at a time. Great prices, only ok food. I would not recommend. Updated: I finally got my food. Took so long, that I no longer have time to eat it during my lunch break. Shove what I can in my face... no taste! If the health of others is important to you, don't go near the Beech Creek Lykens. Three employees . . . all wearing their masks below the nose. NO customers (aside from myself) wearing a mask. When queried as to why customers weren't required to wear masks, an employee replied "because they don't like to". REALLY??? Like the rest of us enjoy it? I asked a customer about it and he said "I don't wear a mask, but I do wear this" and tucked his t-shirt behind a side-arm. I noticed nearly every male in the place wore a gun, which is OK if they have permits, but why are they so afraid to buy food that they feel it necessary to be armed? A customer dropped a gallon of iced tea on the floor, drank from where it hit the (not so clean) ground, and didn't even consider cleaning up his mess. One "patron" waited for me outside the place and followed me down the road, finally giving up and making a U-turn in the middle of the road. The Twilight Zone exists. read more

This is a very busy convenience store/gas station, and it shows. The only real problem I see is the uncleanliness of the place. Floors are dirty, bathroom is disgusting, and there's a noticeable sour stench in the air. Very convenient, but not great. sheetz blows them away!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Quoted by a worker there, "Sheetz is our biggest competitor", yet stand alone as one of the worst gas stations around. The store is always dirty, even when it's slow. You walk in and all the workers give you a death glare. Great customer service right? As of right now, all the employees are "masked" but wear it like a 5 year would; below the nose. The ice cream proportions are never the same, you usually get less than you should. The subs there are cheap, but usually gross. The bread is typically stale or looks like someone put it in a blender. Two shreds of lettuce and a drop of mayo. EVEN when you pay for extra its barely anything. The workers don't change gloves in between touching their face and other orders. There's cleaning products sitting on the food prep areas which is in fact a safety hazard. Can't complain about the 99 cent drinks though, probably the only clean thing in the store. Visiting from Virginia and really wanted a banana split. Unfortunately 2 nights in a row they didn't have any bananas!! Please if you have something on your menu you should make sure you have all proper ingredients. Also the customer service is around 0. Poor customer service by both staff and management. Two twelve inch subs were ordered. When arrived home, discovered they only provided two six inch subs. Returned to get remainder of order. Instead of making two new 12" subs, they made two more 6" subs and used the wrong bread (wanted wheat and got white) and did not include all the toppings requested. Very small amount of meat added - 1-1/2 slice of roast beef. Staff was not customer friendly. Reported problem to management that promised to train staff and send a gift card for problems we experienced -- incorrect order and the need to return to the store to obtain the remainder of the order. It has been almost a month and no gift card was sent as promised. We have not returned to this store due to poor customer service. We will use another local market for our sub orders. I would not recommend this establishment. If you read other reviews, you will see others experienced the same problems we experienced - poor customer service and incorrect orders. read more
