I stopped in on a whim while I was in town for work and I wish I wouldn't have been so broke, because there were a ton of really cool things to buy. I was overcharged by $139.42. The credit/debit machine was not working, so she added up my purchases and wrote the amount down ($218.00) on her business card. I provided her my credit card information to complete transaction when her equipment was functioning. When my statement arrived, I found she had charged me $357.42. I have made 4 phone calls to rectify situation as she could have mistakenly added another person's merchandise onto my transaction. To date (one month) I have not received a return phone call or a credit. BUYER BEWARE!

I later saw on the receipt I was charged over 3% additional so I went back and said I would like them to credit it and I will pay by check. They said there was no way to get the additional $12.50 back since it was already charged. I'm not cheap by any means, but I should have been told when I asked. I felt this was very poor. Compared to other local boutiques we visited, this seemed noticeably lower quality. They do have trendy pieces, but the quality and price did not align. I also found the shopping experience to be overwhelming. They have SO many clothes that it makes it hard to actually find something you like because your eyes are darting between so many racks and items on a rack. That said, the employees were friendly and greeted us. Parking was fairly easy on the street right out front.
