Employees here are very professional when saying NO... Actually, it took me a day or two to realize that they said NO to us?!?! They said it so nicely, so professionally, etc. And Hermes corporate customer service NEVER contacted us, surprised and disappointed. Ambiance - Smaller location. After this experience, I can NOT recommend shopping here. Hermes in the other 3 cities we shopped at were much better, even more professional and found a way to say YES!! Service - 2 stars for the interaction. 1 star for the results. Sadly after this experience, I do NOT want my wife (or daughter) to continue to be a customer.
