Adam was great to work with. Since the beginning of the process of finding him through Google and…read moreinitial consultation phone call all the way through the discharge order, it was a really easy and smooth process! I can't recommend Adam enough for anyone who's looking into bankruptcy. He's one of the most affordable attorneys and the value you get is unmatched. All the meetings and documents requested were straightforward and easy to follow including preparation before the 301 meeting. As long as you follow the instructions properly and provide the requested information in time, the whole process should be a breeze!

From the initial inquiry, he was quick to respond, promptly scheduled my intake, and answered all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. His knowledge of bankruptcy law and the overall process gave me confidence from the start. He was very understanding regarding the complications of my case and never pressured me into filing before I was ready. Instead, he gave me all the time I needed to fully understand the process, ask questions, and feel comfortable moving forward. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly, including the timeline, expectations, and guidelines I needed to follow. His fees were fair and competitive, and he also helped ensure I did not spend more money than necessary on required courses and related expenses. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering bankruptcy or exploring debt relief options. I am truly grateful for the guidance, professionalism, and financial freedom he helped me achieve.

I retained this attorney for a criminal case, unfortunately. For myself, seems what he states…read moreinitially upon retaining, ""now i dont need to worry", isnt the case at all. After 1 meeting & stating he would take to trial is exactly what he did not do. *contract photos First he stares the motions he would nake, & didnt make them. He did not want to talk with me, he did not want to meet & most important he would not listen. He did not look at the discovery and was rude, uncooperative & lacked understanding. He agreed on a price & changed it asking for 1,000 more just because. iItems seeming worthy of consideration he would say, "well, go hire that attorney then" or, "well, they found it didnt they?" when first he said there were requirements not met with the search etc. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, DO NOT SIGN HIS ABSURD CONTRACT WITH A BILLING RATE OF 400.00 PER HOUR & THE RIGHT HE HAS TO CANCEL WITHOUT CAUSE OR MERIT JUST BECAUSE HE WANTS MORE MONEY. Or doesnt like thesound off your voice or whatever. Judge didnt even question... THERE MAY BE AN ALCOHOL ISSUE as his behavior was irratic & unpredictible. I WAS DISRESPECTED, cut off mid sentence, huff and puff while speaking & OUTRIGHT RUDE AS HE RAISED HIS VOICE & WAGGED HIS FINGER AT ME ONLY AN INCH FROM MY FACE OUTSIDE THE COURTROOM FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR. HE THEN PROCEEDED INTO THE COURTROOM WHILE ANOTHER CASE WAS BEING HEARD AND HE BEGINS SKOFFING, SPEAKING POORLY OF ME TO THE DA AS HIS HANDS WAIVED IN THE AIR. I sat in the back rows shaking my head. If could have phone on and thinking quickly i would have recorded but nevertheless.... He did do 1 thing. As he removed himself from the case due to "communication", (his lack of - he doesnt call you, you need to call him or things dont get done nor does he listen to comminication of clients) THE JUDGE ON THIS DAY WAS GOING TO SENTENCE ME WITHOUT REPRESENTATION ON THE TRAILING CASE OF PROBATION VIOLATION. THATS RIGHT THE JUDGE AGREED FOR ATTORNEY REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT OF P D (& i couldn't say a word) AND THEN WAS GOING TO SENTENCE ME WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!! The only time he went to bat for me stating it had been trailing this new case all along and i shouldnt suffer this consequence as result. The judge asked the DA and he agreed, which he did. He did not make any "deals" for me he wanted me to plead Guilty and the only deal he brought to the table was what codefendant public defenders deal and the DAs deal.... BUT WOULDNT LISTEN TO ANY INCONSISTENCIES IN DISCOVERY or my innocence of serious charges. These inconsistencies, based upon feedback, research, etc. should have the case dropped against me. Now i get appointed a public defender. At least maybe they will listen. I SURE AS HECK HOPE SO AS I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST CASE WITH Criminal Attorney Public Offender, RAY ARAGON. I dont know if it is because i am a female or what the deal is but if i had to put my finger on it I would say many male attornies have issues with women. However i checked Yelp and another bad review. I know someone who has used him and he said follow up (im bad as this stuff scares the *:#=%* out of me) and he squeezed extra money from him unnecessarily. BUYER BEWARE AND MOST IMPORTANT, HOPFULLY YOU HAVE TIME, INTERVIEW AS MANY ATTORNIES AS POSSIBLE BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION ON WHO TO HIRE. This contract is ridiculous!

I don't believe Freddie was honest with me…read more I spoke to Freddie about my commercial lease telling him I wanted the building reconveyed back to me because my ground lease had a clause the structure would be maintained. I told him my lease had an arbitration clause and that I wanted to go to arbitration because my lessee violated the clause for not keeping up condition of the property as it fell into a lot of disrepair. I forward my lease, letters and other documents. When I came for the meeting, Freddie and his litigator said I wouldn't win at arbitration because either all the repairs would be made before and the arbitration board wouldn't find in my favor for lack of maintenance as it isn't enough of a basis to justify reconveying the building back to me. Freddie said he has been doing law for over 30 years. I've been around hundreds of attorneys. Anyone practicing law for this long knows the answer to what I wanted at the time of initial contact. Freddie knew when I called I wouldn't be able to win at arbitration. But instead, he took my $5,000 deposit, charged hours of time from it, then disclosed to me what he already knew from the beginning when I came for the appointment. He could of just told me up front what he already knew. He returned $3,500.00 reducing his $2,000.00 original charge, but I think there was inducement fraud in my view. I emailed to justify my position, but Freddie didn't acknowledge my claims even when we spoke on the phone. I don't think he is honest or has good communication skills.

I informed them that I was interested in a free consultation to discuss my rights as a tenant and the issues I'm currently experiencing. I have yet to hear from them. Not a phone call, text or email. Either they're so busy with cases or they're not involved with tenant law any longer. Right? I mean, what's the reason to not contact someone interested in your services? I wouldn't know, as I haven't heard from them. First impressions are everything and your silence speaks volumes. I'll find a firm that wants my business.

I cannot say enough great things about Attorney Garrison ("Bud") Klueck. He was absolutely amazing…read moreand helped me tremendously during a very stressful situation. What stood out most was not just his knowledge and professionalism, but his willingness to go above and beyond when it truly mattered. Bud stayed on the phone with me late on a Friday evening to make sure I fully understood my situation, my options, and the best path forward. That level of dedication is rare. He didn't rush the conversation, didn't make me feel like "just another case," and took the time to walk through everything clearly and strategically. His communication is direct, honest, and extremely effective. He has a strong command of the law and knows how to apply it in a practical way that actually helps you move forward. I felt confident knowing I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about the outcome and was willing to put in the time to get it right. If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you, I highly recommend Bud Klueck. I went through two different attorneys. The first had just come out of retirement after several years and the second was essentially brand new. Neither of them was familiar with the current judges and both made serious errors that cost me time and money. The routine would go like this: request a meeting with Bud who would then call in the paralegal or attorney actually handling my case. Abundant promises of immediate action would ensue, but 3 weeks later we'd be in there again because nothing had been followed through with. If you decide to go with this firm, take notes at every meeting and ask the attorney to sign them as far as what they are doing and when. They delayed so long in filing my financials that the judge fined ME $5000 and then FLSD refused to reimburse despite it being their error.
