First, the quality of their work and dealing with the details is not good. I will add the photos of the job. The GM, Abe Eller admitted to me that the way the job was done was not the way he would have done it. He claimed the job was 85% complete and his fix of caulking the portions that were not completed was not acceptable. He talks a good game but do not let that fool you. He was full of empty promises. My sales consultant, Ethan Weidert was not truthful with the series of events that got me to the point of writing this review. This company is not what it seems. It is owned by a private equity firm based out of State called ReVamp. Their customer service rep Connie Losco promised me an answer to my issue within 24 hours. That never happened and she is no longer returning my phone calls. One thing to add is below my garage floor is a large room. My builder advised me to have the coating done to keep moisture from entering the space which if it does I am looking at a possible mold and mildew issue plus the damage of water entering that space. Nothing more aggravating than to deal with a company that is all talk and no action. I have already begun legal action with this matter so I will be adding to this review. Please BEWARE! One other note. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and noticed they have 71 complaints in the past 36 months which definitely proves I am not alone!
