You are given a sincere welcome from the front desk staff as they promptly attend to the care of your pet and any address any worries you may have. The vet that I have the most contact with is Dr. Mulder and his desire to provide optimal care to your beloved pet remains his first priority and while doing so, he exhibits qualities such as genuine concern, honesty and integrity. I can guarantee you that his vast knowledge and high level of education combined with sincerity, patience and a gntle, loving manner is everything that I look for in a Vet. He is diligent without causing additional stress and anxiety to the animal or any fret and concern to you, the client. This is a business and as such by providing a service, it is therefore natural that a financial payment is expected. I would like to share a testimony of the moral, intellectual and sincere emotional qualities that distinguish Dr. Mulder from other Veterinarian's that I have had contact with in the past. Due to a personal financial hardship and after realizing that my beloved pet was terminally ill and needed to be euthanized, Dr. Mulder suggested that a payment plan be worked out at a later date. This type of empathy and understanding is seldom exhibited and most unusual from anyone owning and operating any type of business! The compassion shown and sensitivity to my given circumstance, will long be remembered. I have brought my 8 dogs to Copetown and am always welcomed warmly, treated promptly and always satisfied with the care that my pets receive. Over time, my pets have had some very complex issues including allergies, infections, dental abscesses and eating things that are harmful. Dr Libstug has always been very analytical and methodical in her assessments and I am always well informed by her in a way that is easy to understand. She also explains to me clearly what the treatment options are including the risks, benefits and costs. I feel free to discuss the options and ask questions and am never rushed. The entire team is very friendly and have good humour while at the same time often provide me with sound advice on diet, training and great local resources for dog care! The grounds are amazing with ample space for the dogs to get comfortable before going inside. I was looking for a facility were I could swim with her and surprisingly most places were a) very expensive and b) would not allow owners in with the dogs. Belle is a Golden Retriever who is a very strong swimmer and Mamie is a Cattle Dog cross, who is not as comfortable in the water. Carney's salt water pool was the perfect place for her to gain confidence in a controlled environment. Unfortunately, both dogs are not into dock diving but there is a nice ramp to the side of the dock for the scaredy cats. We booked for two hours which was perfect. Both Belle and Mamie had the best time and I will definitely be back with them soon! We could have stayed half a day considering how much Belle and Mamie loved K9 Swimclub!

SoI try to explain I'm very experienced here - I'm retired but used to be very big in the reptile industry and bred thousands of my own fruit flies - and said I'm sorry but you're wrong. flightless HYdei HAVE wings and are genetically predisposed to not flying. It's a GENE. I told her yours are tainted with regular flying fruit Flies. Her answer - I'm not going to argue with you, you can just give them back. Then she repeats the same answer of why I have "some" flying around. They're ALL flying. I explained the gas would be more to drive there and return them, that I was now more concerned over the bad info she was pushing considering. She repeated the same untrue info on flightless fruit fly genetics. ?? Then she kept adding I'm not going to argue. My only concern for posting this is - what else do these workers push as qualified knowledgeable info to customers that is completely wrong?? It's a simple product and issue but her info on this is incorrect. I ran a hot professional breeding facility for 18 years. I breed fruit flies like crazy. I just did a Google Image Reverse Search on the image and the image of the Frenchies are actually linked to a US article on puppy mills in North Carolina, not from Bull Market French Bulldogs in Ontario, Canada. As a person with morals, I had to interject and let others know that the review from this man is inaccurate as his image was taken from Google (see actual reference to image attached). I have no connections to the breeder or their business, I stumbled upon this one review and had to stop this man from tarnishing someone's reputation.

All other dogs are kept either in kennels or cages outside, and they have so many dogs that it borders on being a puppy mill. The entire premise smelled like dog feces and urine. Their Frenchies had severe mange condition (missing hair) and the dogs themselves looked like they never had a bath in their life. I am shocked that nobody has called Animal Control on these people yet. Please stay away from this place.
