I agree with the other posters on LC's facebook page as this is a great little place! The outside is unassuming--basically looking like an office--but once you're inside, you are definitely in a salon de beaute. I was greeted by my hairdresser (Kim) at the front and after briefly discussing my needs and hairstyle, I was asked to put on a smock. I didn't ask the cost of anything--my coworker told me that Les Cheveux was very reasonable. When asked to put on a smock, I started to become nervous. After changing into the smock, I emerged and grabbed a small styrofoam cup of coffee and a couple of magazines. Everything I mentioned to Kim, I knew she'd heard. I felt, when she started, I was in good hands. While waiting for my hair to process, I heard the other ladies talking about what they were doing on the weekend, etc. As I explained my diet to Kim, the rest of the salon was listening. I ended up sharing pictures of my husband's weight loss. It was funny, but although i have only been in Thomasville for a month, I felt like I had made friends and thanked them for letting me "indulge" my hobbies, etc. When finished, I had a great cut and color. And . . . as a final thought--for both a cut and color--both were under $50. This is a place that I will return! ;p

However, my son had a doctors appointment that ran late and so we unfortunately were running about two hours behind. I felt horrible and called to let her know and even though she could easily have still charged me and called it a day, because that is a hair salons policy, Ladonna told me that she would stay late and she did! She patiently waited for me and did a fabulous job on my hair as always. I am so grateful and really just enjoy this lady and her outstanding customer service.

They go beyond the basic requirements to keep you safe and protected. Masks are required and they do sanitize between every customer. They take your temp and practice safe distance between everyone. They will make an appointment for you and will accept walk ins if needed and they have an open chair. I have curly hair and it is very thick. Darlene tamed my locks without any issues and it is wonderful. Feels and looks great. Prices are reasonable and most requests are mastered quickly. My wife has a medical exemption that prohibits her from wearing a mask. I asked why they would not make a reasonable accommodation for my wife. They said their reasonable accommodation was calling beforehand to say she won't be served. I was also rudely talked to and hung up on. I do not recommend anyone go to Pearl + Honey or work with Jordan until my wife is allowed to be treated with dignity and respect and I am offered an apology for being rudely talked to and hung up on.
