They had what I needed and the machines got the job done. Lady at the counter helped me figure out how many minutes and coins I'd need to do what I wanted to do. Basically, I had this huge queen sized sleeping bag that I needed to wash. Found out the hard way that the sleeping bag was too big to be washed in our machine at home. So...had to pull it out of the machine, wet with soap suds on it and bring it to a laundromat. This one was conveniently in our neighbourhood and had a pretty decent rating so I brought it here. Spent $8 in loonies for 30 minutes in a large sized washer and another $3.25 in quarters for 40 minutes in a dryer. They have these large metal baskets on wheels that you can roll around to put your laundry in and out of the machines. Those are pretty handy. '' Hope I won't have to come back here any time soon but pretty satisfied with the experience so if I do need to go to a laundromat again, this is where I'll be going to!

When I I went to pick up my cloth and presented the Groupon, both the clerk and the manager became extremely rude. They told me that I needed to present the Groupon when I dropped off my cloth for the Groupon to work. I told them that such a rule was not stated on the coupon. They pointed to a sign posted on a wall stating that "Groupon must be presented at drop off." I told them that they cannot just post a sign after the purchase of the coupon to change the rules, and the rules must be stated on the coupon. The owner then spent over 1 minute scanning the coupon, and finally pointed to: "Present coupon at arrival" under instructions. I told the owner that the point does not clearly state whether I needed to present the coupon at arrival when I dropped off, or at arrival when I picked up. Upon hearing that, the owner practically yelled at me and called me stupid by saying that "all the world could understand that, and only you couldn't!" So I decided not to bother dealing with the owner. I contacted Groupon, and Groupon's staff agreed with me. Groupon's staff tried to contact the shop owner on my behave to resolve the issue but the shop owner just ignored them. After one week of trying, Groupon's staff finally gave up and issued a refund for me. But now I have to pay $75 to get my cloth back instead of $30, the original agreed up price. I really don't want to pay one extra cent to this shrewd business, but I guess I have to if I want my cloth back...

It's a nice, clean laundromat, the machines look pretty new and appear to be in good working condition. The place was pretty busy on the Saturday that I went. Looks like you have the option of doing it yourself, or there is also a drop off service. They also do dry cleaning. Fast, friendly service. I dropped the dog bed off at about 2pm, and it was ready for pick up by 5pm in the cleanest, freshest condition I have seen it in years. Highly recommend this place. Free wifi. Free parking out front, and there are a few spots in the back as well. Student discount available with valid student ID with drop off services. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent/stain remover. They really charge an arm and a leg for it!

I have an expensive black down coat that I had dry-cleaned in the past with another cleaner company and the black never looked the same (duller). I was shocked the black is back after dry-cleaning with West Blvd Cleaners, not dull at all! I also had 2 more coats and they came back looking brand new. I do love the notes they put on the receipt e.g. "belt - stains when received will do our best." I made me remember that belt was exposed to the elements after opening the car door, I realized my belt was hanging outside for the ride in the rain (doh!) Stain is now gone.
