On Jan 2 2025 I called to talk about a letter I received about owing a credit card debt. I spoke to a wonderful person by the name Donna she listened to all of my problems and preceded to direct me to a answer to settle them I followed up with her to get the status of my case and on Jan 9 Donna called and told me my case was closed . Needless to say I started to cry no one has ever helped me resolve my problems like Donna. I am fighting a medical al problem and Donna was the first person to understand what I am going through. I was working with LDV Law on a debt that I owed and had made payment agreement with them. I then started to receive information in the mail saying I was being sued in the matter that I had already made the arrangements with. When I called the law firm and asked why they were continuing to seek suit, I was informed that this was a suit that had been previously been filed and they would not pursue it. I received a message from the court that the suit was dropped because no one showed up. A few weeks later I got another letter from the courts saying there was a lawsuit against me so thinking that it was more of the same, I ignored it. Then I received a letter in the mail stating because I did not show up, there was a ruling in favor of the law group. I then received a letter in the mail from the law group stating that my new agreed on amount has changed and that I will need to pay more money. Having not kept all the original paperwork, I have no way to fight this. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE SNAKES HAVE TO SAY! I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Update: The court had this go to a meditator. Guess what..these idiots right away agreed to the terms of the payment/settlement that was already in place! So instead of the much worse terms they tried to force on me I get to pay a reduced total amount and a much lower monthly payment that I had previously agreed to. Fight these losers in court, they can't just do whatever they want because they think they are a law firm. read more

Called today to settle a debt they were servicing for Midland. First, the amount they said I owed was nearly double what the debt was on court documents. I offered a fair settlement of 80% of that overblown amount and they refused the settlement and will only take the full amount. Pointed out I was affected by Covid and should have relief due to The Cares Act of 2020. Nothing. Very rude Liaison for the account who was full of himself. I worked with two other law firms who were willing to take a settlement even when my wages were garnished and for amounts 5 times what this amount. read more

This is a shitty law firm!...Without notifying me of any court judgement. They went after my work, sending garnishment letter. I called them to resolve only to be hit with 150% increase of the actual amount owed. Well I paid the amount in full, but still garnishment continues on my paycheck. Had to be calling repeatedly for them to send letter to my work to stop the garnishment. And the crazy thing is they claimed they have not even received the garnished amount from my work. Meaning I'm losing on both sides. And never was I notified of any judgement obtained at the court!..Else I would have taken care of it bf resulting to going after my work!!...This is a crazy law giving some stupid law firms claiming to be debt collector power to go after one's job without informing the debtor!!!.....Sad! read more

This "law firm" is a joke. They have been sending me my ex-husband's legal mail and court summonses for over a year. I have been calling and contacting them for a year to give them his correct contact information. I am not sure what type of law firm just "googles" an address and puts that on file for legal paperwork but that is what I was told when I spoke with an EXTREMELY RUDE representative today. The last mail I got (on their letterhead with their envelope) was dated 11/5/19 and stamped 11/15/19. I have been asking for a year to be removed from the database attached to his account. We have been divorced since 2010 I SHOULD NOT be getting his important documents in the mail and they are ALSO putting me at risk since I do NOT want him to have my address. Very shoddy law firm and its disgraceful. A simple "googling" of the address would tell you he's an inmate. I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND their services and will be posting my review on every website and social media site possible. The people on the phone are also disgustingly rude and try to cut you off and talk over you. This is a Debt Collector that poses or actually is a lawyer but states that they are summoning you to court which is a scam. You do not owe this firm any money. They purchase debt written off by original creditors and try to scam the money out of you. The only ones who can actually can actually sue you are the original debtor. They came to my house, sent me letters that looked and read like court documents and called and harassed my work place. They stated they would serve me papers but never did and there was a "process server" that could not show me any legal documentation. This firm better wise up before they are the ones actually served. read more
