The price for the cleaning was less than what I was quoted, that was a nice surprise. RJ was helpful with giving me quotes for other rugs I will bring in. A huge invasion of privacy. How do I know she's not scoping my home out for robbery? Once photos are on someone's phone, there's no telling where they could end up. I passed. In regards to her reply: She did not ask nicely. She insisted she had to do it. And no, I've never had any contractor take photos ( or even ask to ) of work they've done inside my home and we've had several upgrades done in the past few years.
