Communication is great. They are very fast to respond and bid out even without seeing the job. That is where the satisfaction ends. The actual job get half-assed and then they quickly leave. I agree with other posters that they don't use any agents besides water and that doesn't get out much stain. The term you get what you pay for applies here. Would not recommend him again for a second service due to his unprofessional and dishonest manner of work . He rushed with his job without proper cleaning. When contacted him with pictures from his previous work he first said would come and redo it but later backed out of his statement. Came same day for a very fair estimate (on a Friday) and was available at 10am the coming Monday for the job. I let him in and we talked through the project. I then went to work. He sent my photos of the progress all day (which I loved and made me so happy). He then said the ceiling looked to need paint in comparison to the new white walls. We were taking a DARK brown to a light white beige. He asked if I wanted that done as well for such a small upgrade fee. The place looks like a brand new room.
