Owners attitude & service was worth less than 1 but that's the lowest rating available. Hair dye turned GREEN for a 2nd time* First time I figured once ok ... things happen / everyone has an off day. The stylist was great about it. She even came in on her day off to fix the issue. Second time 11days ago & hair has again turned out blue green. Like seaweed green & looked terrible. I can't believe they would let a client walk out of their establishment looking like THAT. Totally unprofessional. Probably because it was just a teenager who wouldn't speak up & figured she could rip her off. Basically taking advantage of a young person. Once I saw the hair disaster I called right away. When someone did call me back 3 days later she didn't identify herself as the manger or owner. Just as the person who finished her hair & that the colour had 'looked' ok to her. Her advice to me was to wash it a few times & see how it looked. Then if we were still unhappy to call back. In less than two weeks 95% of the colour that she claims is permanent has dissolved away & we're left with over processed hair that looks like crap. A dingy brown colour with some blueish streaks ... Instead of calling (again) we went into the salon to have the issue dealt with today. Mia whom I later found out is the owner was useless. She basically shrugged her shoulders & suggested they could try adding a toner & (see) what that does... Yes please experiment with my daughters hair & see what you can come up with. After two episodes of GREEN hair & now this no thank you. Then she was like 'well do you want a trim?' Uhhh No we don't want a trim. She had her hair cut when she was here getting the colour. & How will a trim fix this colour mess? She then offer me the opportunity to purchase some products from her that (might) help. Sure I'll give you more money & see if it works... Mayb a clarifying shampoo to strip out the last blue steaks that we paid $90 for ... good idea thanks. You're kidding right?! Her final statement to me was "well I don't know what you want...?" You're the owner of a business & you don't know how to deal with customers who are unhappy with bad results? & Bad results on more than one occasion? Good luck with that honey. We won't be back. Noticed as we left the sign saying 'No refunds on products or services' hmmmmmmm Could that be because you've had lots of unhappy customers.
