They told me they had some available for me to rent, but that they had a $75 minimum charge to go out. I asked if I could pick up the tables, and they said yes. The employee texted me the location of their warehouse. I told them I would be there in the afternoon. Around 2:30 pm, just as I was about to head to their warehouse, they text me that they would be out for a couple hours. I asked when I could pick the tables up and received no response. I even called, but the call went to voicemail. I never received a response from them. I would normally not write a review for this one-time incident, especially because I appreciated their willingness to rent me tables on such short notice. But when they text me initially, I realized that I had similar situation with this company several years ago, when I tried to rent a bouncer and other equipment (came up in the text history) but was also stood up. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am surprised that they have such high ratings from others because, on two different occasions, I have had a negative experience with them. Perhaps they are selective with who they patronize. I need to remember not to contact them again and take my business elsewhere!

I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.
