Had suspension bushes fitted to my car today by Ashley. Before he would quote for the bushes which were advisories on the MOT he wanted to get the car on the ramp to ensure that the tester had highlighted the correct bushes, this was to save us from paying out unnecessary. He advised us to change two other bushes at the same time which in the long run would save us a lot of money, although this was a lost profit opportunity for him. We found this so refreshing in an age where dealerships find every fault they possibly can to run up your costs and their profits. Dealing with Ashley and his partner was a lovely experience due to their knowledge and friendly approach when dealing with customers. Our first impression of the workshop was how immaculate it was allaying any fears of leaving your car with them, the waiting area was lovely, clean, had a comfortable sofa with tv and drinks and was equally as impressive as those we have experienced in franchise dealerships.
