They advertise free water testing, but don't ever actually test the sample. I dropped one off 2 months ago and have called more than 15 times since then trying to get the results so I will know what setting to put my water softener on. The receptionist is very friendly, but the response I get every time is "let me get your number and I'll have Moe call you when he gets in". Moe must never come in though, because no one has ever called me back. I can't speak on their other services because I haven't used them, but I can say from experience that you're better off going elsewhere if you want your water sample results within the same calendar year read more
