After he finished servicing my furnace he checked my CO2 detector and it was expired. Instead of just advising me it was expired and needed to be replaced he wrote me up a violation. Now I have to replace it, which I would have knowing it was expired. Now I have to make an appointment with Union Energy and have them come to inspect. I'm a retired Police Officer and pride myself on being safe and complying with all regulations and laws.
