They came again and did they same procedure again. However, they do not agitate the carpet. They walk through and spray then 20 seconds later vacuum up the water and leave, no scrubbing or agitating of any kind so stains don't really come out. We have a small handheld carpet cleaner and after they left, we hit one of the spots and it came out relatively easy with a little solution and scrub. we also paid extra for them to do each step, but they only hit the horizontal part not the vertical part of the step. It may have been a quick and not a thorough of a job because they made sure to let us know several times that they were extremely busy cleaning out dorms in Battle Creek to get dorms ready for the school year. But we were paying customers too and feel like our house was not properly addressed. My advice if this is their standard procedure to spend the $400 plus and buy yourself a carpet cleaner.
