Additionally, when it was over we were not hit with hidden charges, as can so often happen . . . like for shrink wrap, use of blankets, tape etc . . . all that was included. They followed my instructions to the letter, paid attention to my labeling system, and put everything in the correct room in my new house without exception. My shipping container cancelled on me day before the crew was supposed to come and help load the container. My lease was coming to an end & I needed to find a reasonable, reliable company that would accommodate my last minute planning. As I called around to a couple of companies & read a few reviews I came across M&M movers. Their prices were very competitive for a 3 man crew which was perfect. I reached out to the owner & made arrangements for the 31st of July at 9am. The morning of the 31st, 3 movers, in a nice size truck came approximately 0935am. They introduced their self's & wanted a brief tour as to what we were moving. Moving me out of my previous place, they did ok. Getting to my new residence was the issue. So they took about a 45 minute lunch, which was told to me it would be deducted (although we eventually ended up still paying for that time). As the crew begin to start unpacking the truck they tried to do their best to get the boxes out the truck & into my house fast, as I can understand they wanted to beat the heat.. One of the young guys didn't realize that there were multiple boxes stacked on top of each other & broke my children's fairly new wooden toy chest. They were apologetic & said they would see if their boss could take off a few dollars to compensate for this matter. When given our final price it was ultimately more than expected & we were told that only half of the price I paid for my kids wooden toy chest would be deducted. Next issue: A week later, as our move was in the middle of a business week. We finally had the chance to get our cable company to install our services. It wasn't brought to my attention until the tech pointed out that the top of my 75in 4K tv was literally cracked open at the top. When trying to turn the tv on & get it started, nothing. This tv was literally working, the same day the mover came as we watched tv until their arrival. Last issue: we were in the need to make a landfill stop to dispose of a few old couches we no longer wanted. Was given the approval from the owner that it would be ok & that we were "given a good deal" for this drop. As they left, I gave a call to a few good associates that actually work at the landfill & I mentioned that the company that moved me would be coming & to keep an out. To my knowledge the couches I paid to be dropped never made it to the local landfill, in addition to I received zero proof as far as a receipt of any sort to reassure me it was deposited properly. I wasn't going to do a review bc they were ok & I know personally I wouldn't recommend them. But w the damage of my tv, which only happens to be less than a year old, I wanted to share my experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone, nor will I use them again. read more

The te showed up on time with all equipment ready to safely prepare and transport our heavy furniture which had to come downstairs and go upstairs at the new location.
