Once again I was blown away with my experience here. I went in for a simple soak off removal and asked to keep my natural length. Naomi once again provided exactly what I had asked for. We talked the entire time I was there making it a very comfortable environment. The other customers were pretty chatty as well. I am beyond impressed with the quality and experience this nail bar has provided my last few times coming here. Highly recommend this place if you feel your other salon isn't giving you that good experience. I have previously gone to 4 other salons and I have NEVER been treated as kindly as I have here. I made appointments for 4 mani / pedis on Saturday and we could all get in and be seated together. We chose the luxury package. The techs did a great job providing the color and design the girls requested, matching their fingernails and toenails. I was the only one with gel nails with my mani since I wanted white tips. The next day the three who did not have gel lost their fingernail polish completely. The polish on their fingernails just peeled off in one complete piece. Like it just lifted off. They were SO disappointed. Strangely, the pedi polish is fine for all, and the same nail polish and colors were used. I am disappointed since this was a great experience for us to share and the techs were friendly and accommodating but we won't be going back. read more

I've always been treated very well here. They do a good job and not to expensive! The quality of there work is great and they have a big selection. Hope no one takes this wrong but they speak English and talk to you. Some places here in DL they don't say a word to you which I think is rude. Learn the language! read more

Just moved to the area and this was the first nail place I saw, so decided to give them a try. They have a lot of color options and it's a cute store. The shop is quite convenient, plenty of parking and I was able to walk right in for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill w/gel. The owner, Andy I believe was his name took care of me. He was very friendly and chatty, which I liked. There seemed to be only 1 option for a pedicure. With gel polish, its $50, pretty standard price. It included callus scrub, hot towel, 10 minute massage, very relaxing. My only issue with the pedicure was that the nails weren't shaped (filed) after trimmed. For my fill, it was pretty quick. I asked for square and I always specify very square, but I got squoval. Still looks nice, I just like pointy corners! My total was $90 for both services, I gave a $20 tip, but my card was debited for $111.98. I guess maybe they charge extra if you use plastic rather than cash? Not sure, but the receipt definitely said $110.00 total when I signed my name. Not going to go in there over $1.98, but also wont go back. read more

I had a great experience. The place is clean,no garbage baskets are full. They have everything sterilized and wrapped. Nothing is shoved in a drawer. They are extremely clean. You are offered a nonalcoholic drink of any kind. You are put in a massage chair which is so relaxing. You are treated like royalty. I was just crushed reading some of the reviews. This is there lively hood and they are very very good. Take a chance and go see for yourself. They are constantly wiping things. I was amazed at how clean they are. I have been going there for years. I went and had my nails done at this place and when I called to make y appointment I told them that I want a manicure and pedicure and then I say wanted acrylic nails and they gave me gel and I told the lady that was doing it that that's what I asked for and she told me next time, I did not just come here for you to mess up my nails and then I have to pay for them so I wouldn't go to this place ever again. read more

I have been getting both manicures and pedicures here for 5 years. I initially tried the other nail salons in town and found the results to be disappointing. Andy owns this business and knows his customers and their likes and dislikes very well. He does an excellent job recommending different services, advising on nail health and best types of polishes and colors. His work is excellent and I often get complements on my nails. Although, he almost never turns away a walk-in, appointments are best especially in the summer. T is a full time employee and also does a great job on nails. His wife Mai is full time and I always request her for pedicures. She is pleasant, takes pride in her work and my toes look good for a long time. read more

It is what it is, unfortunately. These types of salons pop up in every strip mall across the nation, and even though ours is a small community we've got 3. I've accepted the fact that I'll never understand the conversations that take place between staff, but I still get uncomfortable at the laughing and snickering that I can't help but wonder is about me (or my funky toes). I'm done though; after yesterday's appointment (fiasco). So here's the facts: It's absolutely filthy. I don't think it's been cleaned since it opened and the layers of dust were thick. Open bottles of polish, full garbages everywhere, clutter and disarray. The one tech dug through a 'junk drawer' several times to find a file that had been heaven knows where. Deapite the fact that I had an appointment, I was shuffled between manicure tables 3 times and had 2 different techs with numerous interruptions while they attended to others. They spent most of the appointment chattering and laughing amidst themselves with little regard for the task in front of them, I ended up not completing the nail service. I had them put a clear coat on and told them I would finish at home myself. So, 30 minutes and $20 later (and he even asked if I wanted to add a tip!) I was out the door (and not fast enough). I will never go back. Save your time, and money. Buy a gel nail kit and do it yourself. Spend your money on a massage by a licensed therapist, you'll be healthier and happier. read more
