At the end of the day, they had chopped down all the trees but had left high stumps and hadn't touched the original stump that I asked them to get rid of. They said they would return the following day to sort it but needed payment in full - they refused to leave my property until I had paid in full and stupidly I did. They did not return the following day, they said they would come at the weekend. I waited and they did not come. They again said they would come the following weekend, once again they did not show. They had left our garden and driveway in an absolute state with branches, and wood chippings everywhere that I had to pick up by hand - even wood chippings all over my car and now mixed into the gravel driveway that I can't get out. I would recommend that you do not use this company.

They couldn't start when agreed, but he did let me know in advance ( a family emergency). He did 2 1/2 days of good work, we were happy with. Then we had a rainy day so he had to finish early. We agreed a time for him to come back to finish off, and paid him. I haven't seen him since. After many unanswered calls I did manage to speak to his wife, who explained and apologised. She promised she was re-arranging his diary and would call me back. No word since, and not answering any calls. Left with an unfinished garden. Not happy.
