I regularly go there to buy lunch as it stocks a lot of pasta pots at around £1 each(some more expensive). They also sell donuts and desserts in their fridge section. It is what you expect of tesco, they stock all of the stuff i need and at a very affordable price. It is one of the most convenient stores in slough i would say.
