My situation was a little tricky and they had to call someone else to bring another piece of equipment. He arrived shortly after the call and we still had issues. They were going to have to come back the next day and bring even more equipment, but after a one last ditch effort, and praying on my part, they were able to find the septic tank and get the issue resolved.
