I was told about this place that their prices weren't that high so I called and ask for a price for an oil change for my car I was told $55. The next day when I went to drop off my car the woman at the front desk told me $65 I told her that that wasn't the price that I was told but I just went with it anyway because I didn't have much time to go and find somewhere else. When I went to pick up my car from the shop after getting in oil change my total came out to $80 which I wasn't expecting at all I was still caught up on the $55 price that I was told when I called the previous day asking how much it would be. I doubt I will be coming back due to the confusion and pricing and how long it took them to finish my car which was several hours.

Unfortunately our car died - although it is still running when it should not be so it is a zombie car - so we have purchased another BMW 3 so it will be a little while before we are back. They also make your experience very positive. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place.
