The saleswoman I met is by far the most rude saleswoman I have known so far. I was looking for some hiking shoes. I found something on the Jack Wolfskin online store which looked really nice. However, I wasn't sure of my size, so I decided to go to the shop to check. I showed the photo and name of these shoes to this lady and she said she didn't know if they had it. Then I asked her if I could try some trekking shoes to check my size. Then she tells me "Sorry, you're not allowed to try any of our shoes because you want to buy these shoes from our online store. You are ruining our store's collections." Who on earth talks to their customers like this?! I was nothing but nice to her and in the end, I simply said that it was very impolite of her to say that. Why have an online store, if it's so wrong for one to purchase something from the online store?! If I actually did like something at your store in Frankfurt, I would have actually bought it given that it is safer for me to buy from there as compared to the online store. However, because of such terrible behaviour, I simply left. I thought that Jack Wolfskin would treat its customers better given that it is such a good brand. Rest assured, I'm never buying anything from here again!
