She was so sweet, social, and thorough. Not only that, she kept me well-informed of everything she was doing and why. The best part of it all is that I don't think I even shed any blood, which I ALWAYS do due to sensitive gums, they didn't even hurt afterwards. She gave me a great cleaning and polish, then Dr. Bautista came in to verify what needed to be done and the steps to come. He is also very kind and understanding, to both, your primary needs and your financial resources. I feel this community should know about the not so great experiences, as well. My kids and I have been going to CSS since 2016. I joined their payment club. This means I and they received dental check ups, cleanings, and x-rays at a regular pace for 10 years. I recently had to have a tooth extracted because it rotted in my head. I am now paying thousands and enduring multiple procedures to have an implant placed. When the surgeon looked at my tooth, he could not believe that I had had "regular" dental care. He said he could fix the damage but that he strongly recommended (demanded) that I find a different dentist. So I did. At the new dentist, it was revealed that two fillings of one of my children were failing and had decay under them. These teeth had just been seen by CSS a month prior - no mention was made of this failing. This means my child could have also lost two adult teeth to untreated decay. All while I paid for the monthly club. In addition to this, over the years I have received a faulty mouthguard that had to be replaced, a crown that does not fit in my mouth correctly, and been sent to an oral surgeon for a consult on wisdom teeth that were more than two years from erupting.

I went in for a cleaning/check up/x-ray/bad tooth since I hadn't had any of that done in years. I wasn't made to feel ashamed for waiting so long and in fact was assured with a smile, "You're here now." Upon entering their office in meeting their staff I was even more impressed with the personal treatment they gave each and every person that was there the hygienist and the dentist for both versed in dealing with nervous patients and took their time to make me feel very comfortable. I love the fact that they text you your appointment the day prior of so it's a great little reminder for those people out there like myself who can be forgetful of things like this. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kuzina to anyone especially if you're afraid to go to the dentist even for a simple cleaning.

He was realistic about the chances for keeping the tooth, but it was reassuring to see how much effort he was putting towards repairing it, making it easy to trust his recommendations. The offices are clean and professional with modern equipment, and the staff is very friendly and focused on the patient's comfort.
