I have been going to another nail salon in the area for years. I'm very faithful to good service and quality. Lately though, I've felt like the place I go has been getting worse and worse. It took me a year to finally let go and try a new place and today I did and I'm so happy I found M Nail Lounge. After waiting 40 min without service at my old place, I left feeling really disappointed. On my drive home I remembered seeing this place near Target. I thought I'd give it a try. Since the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The place is clean and organized. Anna did my gel Manicure and Lisa did my gel pedicure. They obviously offered me a menu to look at for all the services they offer and when I opted for the basic pedicure they didn't treat me badly or get mad. They were both still so sweet and did such a wonderful job. They were very detailed and took their time. I really appreciate how they treated me, especially after going to a place I've been a regular at for years and being treated so terribly. M Nail Lounge has a new customer for sure! I will definitely tell my friends and family in the area about them. They deserve the business for sure!

I came in to do a full set of gel x. The following day one of my nails fell off and when I came back a few days later to fix it, no one wanted to help me. They seemed upset and bothered because I had asked them to fix a nail that had only lasted me ONE day! To top it off I asked for a refund and they were not willing to even give me that. The worst customer service to say the least. Safe to say I will never return to this place.

Full set nails, Amy did my nails for Halloween so fast and friendly I love the environment and would def recommend!!

X gel removal . My nails suffered so much .

The worse nail salon I have ever been to . This AMy is the worse . Ladies , don't waste your time and money I. This Salon is a big disappointment. They cut ur fingers , they use force to remove the nail , they don't care if that hurt ur nail or fingers.

First time at this nail spot and had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! Everyone was welcoming and very friendly. I was there for a pedicure but ended up getting my fills as well. I had gone to a different nail place about 3 days prior and I was not happy with the shape and they were a bit crooked Amy asked where I had them done and she said she would be able to fix them! She quickly got to work and was able to make them exactly the shape I wanted. I highly recommend Amy! She was fast and efficient. Ill definitely be back!

I've been looking for a nail salon for a couple of years now. After bouncing around, I finally found M Nail Lounge and Amy. I love her! My first time with her I was in a hurry and she did such and amazing job in such a short time. My nails never lifter and I LOVED her work. I'm back today for a fill and a pedi. I've never had anyone do such an amazing job. I will be coming here with Any forever! Thank you, thank you!!

Kasey was extremely rude and pushy while she attempted to do dip on my nails. She kept telling me that my skin tags were ugly and that she can remove them. She did an awful job on my hands so I asked her to stop. Amy then finished my nails. She also did an awful job on my dip and French tip. She cut 5 of my cuticles and it was bleeding. Now I have an infection. My dip is all lumpy and thick! The French tip is so messy and was not done right. All in all half fast work from them. Also most of their videos on their sites is NOT them!! They are posting someone else work!! Beware and do yourself a favor and do not step foot in that shop!!! They over charged me!! 75 for my dip with French tip and 10 to remove my dip!!!! Just awful!

They are so talented here! Seems like everyone knows what they're doing. Inside the shop looks so nice and very clean. These came out so cute.

I personally did not like this place the first time I got my toenails done the first time, but my mom said she really enjoyed their services last time she visited, but that was until today. Today, she got her nails done with Casey. She asked which services my mom would like to be done and my mom initially said she wanted Hard Gel, to which Casey tried to persuade her to get dip powder, and again tried to persuade her to get Gel X. My mom did not want dip powder, she did not want Gel X, she wanted HARD GEL, to which they finally agreed. She sat in another manicurists station and they started to converse in Vietnamese and kept on saying she doesn't do hard gel. So they kept making my mom move from chair to chair and they did not want to do her nails. They made her pay a total of $32 for a manicure she did not complete. Would not recommend these services. Also I did not appreciate the person doing my toes telling me I NEEDED callus remover. They charged a total of $48 dollars for a mediocre job. Poor services, I will not be returning.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but when it's needed to help I will do so. Place is very nicely kept, they have tv to keep you entertained. The staff were pleasant and inviting. The set back was the finished job, people started coming in and maybe they were rushing me to get out but the finished work was not to my liking since I payed with tip and all $140. Pictures will explain what I mean. Also I think I will go get one thing at a time done cuz my arms are like T-Rex or the fact that I'm pregnant maybe and I couldn't swing my opposite arm to have my nails done and pedicure and they wouldn't come around to help me. Not so relaxing as I wanted it to be. I'm going tomorrow to see if they can fix it, will keep you updated fellas yelpers. read more

I came in to do a full set of gel x. The following day one of my nails fell off and when I came back a few days later to fix it, no one wanted to help me. I don't know who other people are getting to give this place a 5 stars rating but my nails came out so ugly that I could n't take a photo of it before I cut them off and filed off the hideous paint job. Don't come here. They don't know what they're doing and are overpriced! read more

I absolutely loved my fill + pedicure, both ladies were very gentle I basically slept comfortably the majority of the service. Very affordable for the great quality and overall experience. I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.
