I literally drive all the way out from LA to get my nails done at M Nails every few weeks because I've yet to find a better salon that delivers this level of quality at such an insanely reasonable price. I've had both Jenny and Henry do my nails. These two are not only incredible technicians, they're also the sweetest, most genuine (and *bonus* absolutely hilarious) human beings!! They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the exact color I want, plus they're never trying to sloppily rush through the appointment like so many places I've been - they actually care that my nails look bomb. I got my toes done today. I usually do not write reviews because I understand people have a bad day. But I got my toes done and I got cut a ton of times. A few by the girl drilling my old gel off and cutting my cuticles. Not once did she say sorry about it. Then she dug out my ingrown toe nails then not washing her gloves off enough and got the callous gel on those cuts. She also had jagged nails so when she would do the message they would dig into my legs. This was not relaxing or worth the money. Then she had the audacity to ask if I needed my eye brows done. You know how when you move somewhere new you have to find a new everything? New hairdresser, new coffee shop, new nail salon...then you think you found a nail salon but they give you a bad manicure and you probably go through a few questionable manicures before you find a gem like M Nails & Spa. The place is lovely, friendly, and the pedicure chairs are comfy. When the weather is nice they open the doors so you get a pleasant breeze while you're sitting. Came in for pedicure about 1 months ago. Lady made me bleed multiple times. Cut my nails into the ugliest rounded shape when I asked for square and shaved my toes nails down so far it hurt. Low and behold, my big toe is still splitting down the middle and I can't paint my toes at all because of how fragile they are. They RUINED my toes. read more

We used to love coming here. But the I had taken my daughter to get her nails fixed at this other nail shop up here. And they messed up her nails so we went to M nails to have it fixed cause my daughter loves it there. Went to get my nails done before going back to work. I rarely get them done bc I have not found a place I am 100% satisfied with. Once again, I'm disappointed by the poor job, with one nail pointing up. When I mentioned it to Ann, who did my nails, she said my nail was already doing that from the previous set I had on. I came to get a fill here bc I actually liked the nails I got done when I was on vacation in Florida a couple weeks earlier. My nail didn't flip up from the first manicure. I can't say I will go back here. I was very disappointed. I will say though, Ann was very nice. Super friendly personality and I would LOVE to go back to her, but the work that day was just too messy. This experience was extremely disappointing. I was the only client in the establishment at around 9:45am, so distractions, nor the need to rush were an issue here. The gel seeped into my cuticle that the gentleman decided to cut AFTER having cured the gel, and that was red flag number 1. The edges were so uneven that I needed to cut and file them at home to make them presentable. After my $35 gel manicure, I went to a pedicure station, where the woman that started to do my nails was very unpleasant. She asked if I wanted a trim, and laughed when I said yes, and that I hadn't had them done since Mother's Day because of how well they had held up (this was the climax of our conversation). She then went on to clip my nails, and cut the big toe on both sides so crooked that I am afraid I may develop an ingrown toenail due to her negligence. I decided in that moment that I did not want paint, I went elsewhere to complete the gel pedicure. When I had asked her not to paint them, she stood up, lifted the arm of the chair, and gestured for me to leave without a massage, a hot towel, or cuticle oil. I rounded my total up to the nearest ten, and again she laughed because it was only a few dollars ($63 total, I rounded to $70). I should have listened to the negative reviews. read more

I have been getting pedicures my whole life and I have to say this was the BEST pedicure I have ever had. I got the aloe jelly pedicure with my husband. We both enjoyed playing in the jelly with our feet. The ladies who did our pedicures were very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. They did a great job and my feet felt and looked great after. I came to get a pedicure. Im new to the Yucaipa area and was in search of a new nail salon. I'm typically not as picky with my pedicures as I am with my acrylics. But M nails did a great job! Decently priced and clean. I got the Deluxe spa pedicure w/ gel for $44. Chi was really sweet and funny. We had a good laugh and she spent about 1.5 on my feet. It's been 4 weeks since I got my pedicure and my toes still look great. I'll be going back to make an appointment with Chi again before my out of town 4th of July trip. They are also conveniently located next to a dog groomer so you can drop off your pet and get your nails done while you wait. read more

First my nails are different sizes then my tight hand. Got my nails done Friday. Sunday night I was scratching my leg when my nail broke off. Went back Tuesday for them to fix. They painted over my pink nails. Had to go back because they started peeling. Asked for them to take the colors off and paint them new they denied and just fixed the ones that were peeling.
