They are the only nail salon in the SCV to actually tell prospective clients to leave, without offering another time or trying to find a technician to see them. Went here for the first time today to get a quick gel manicure. The manicurist did a great job and was super sweet and friendly. The price was very reasonable as well. It was only 25 for a gel manicure and I know a lot of places charge 35 and up. I will definitely be going back to get manicures in the future. I had a good experience today. Called this morning for a pedicure and the guy said come in at 10:30. This was the saturday after Easter. I was taken at 10:30 and while I was getting my pedicure asked the tech if I could get a manicure after. Luckily, it wasn't busy and the tech then gave me a manicure. The music being played was R & B smooth. My first thought was, "I don't like this music." But by the time I left, I was so relaxed listening to it. I thought it was a good, though different, choice, but it worked. The techs were barely at all talking to one another, just concentrating on their clients. I had Lee and I liked her. What impressed me was when you get a pedicure, they line the tub with a plastic liner which they dispose after. I haven't seen that before and I felt automatically more comfortable. The other thing I noticed is they don't get your feet out of the water right away. I had more time to relax with my feet in the warm water. I had Lee and I liked her. She was personable during my manicure and did a good job on both hands and feet. My friend told me about this place and I will come back and I live in the valley. read more

I've been getting my nails done here since they opened almost 11 years ago. They do an outstanding job. It's perfectly sanitary. I've never once had a fungal infection. Everyone is very polite. I get acrylics on my nails and also treat myself to a spa pedicure. Both are lovely. The appointments always run on time. They hardly have time for walk-ins. I had never been to this studio before and booked an appointment for an eyebrow wax. I specifically asked the lady NOT to remove too much of my eyebrows as I am trying to grow them out. She did a horrible job, saying she was 'cleaning them up' when in fact she BUTCHERED them. it is going to take MONTHS for them to grow out. I am sorely disappointed in her work. For many years, I made appointments on a bi-weekly basis at MStudio and absolutely love Shirley, my former technician. Shirley is awesome!!! Yes, the salon is clean. At my last scheduled appointment they were not busy, I arrived on time and waited more than 15 minutes. I asked how much longer. The owner, Anthony, told me to sit and wait, and said "You always late." Ouch!!! I replied in a calm, respectful voice and said that not only is that not a true statement, I always call in advance if I'm running a few minutes late. Next, he told me to get out of his business and don't ever come back. Ouch!!! That was his response when I calmly asked when Shirley will be ready for me and assertively spoke my truth. Tried this place out despite the reviews because they were able to accommodate walk ins for multiple people. The place is nice although for the price of a gel pedicure, they did just the very basic. I was done in 30min. Normally a deluxe pedicure includes scrub and massage but all they did was lotion up my legs and rubbed it for a min. I'm happy with the ways my toes look but I was really hoping for more pampering in the process. read more

This place deserves less than ZERO STARS. Made an appointment and went in for a fill. The staff was rude the second I walked in, yelling at me to sit down but not telling me where. I told the person that I wanted my nails a little shorter and asked that one nail that was broken be removed and replaced. The person completely ignored me, saying nothing as they hacked off the majority of the length of my nails and repaired rather than replaced the broken nail. The person then proceeded to blast not only my nails but my cuticles with the sander, to the point where three of my cuticles were shredded and actually bleeding. The person was texting the entire time, paying no attention, roughly pulling on my hands. It was absolutely awful. The entire fill took 15 minutes and my nails look awful. In more than 30 years of having my nails done, this is hands-down the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. After my nails were polished, as I struggled to pick up my things with wet nails, no one offered to help or offered a place for me to sit and wait for them to dry. They went right back to texting and completely ignored me. There are really no words to describe how horrible this place is.
