If you don't have state health insurance (Germany or abroad), they refuse to take an appointment with you (even travel health insurance doesn't count). Please know this before traveling to come here. Update 27-Oct-18 - after 15 years of getting Botox/Dysport injections on my forehead and eye area, I now have the side effect of a droopy eye. This are always risks associated with these kinds of injections, however it takes Doctor skill and experience to be sure you get a positive end result. For whatever reason, now I have a droopy eyelid that has to dissipate over time. Sorry but after 3+ years going here, I will have to choose another office. Disappointing. Beware - doctor rushes through a room full of eager women wanting to achieve instant beauty.....this is not a drive thru. Please take care and attention for each and every patient. A few things to keep in mind-- M1 Med Uses Dysport, not Botox. Although the results are similar, the application dosages and manufacturers are different. M1 Med completes the injections and says that if you need more in a week, you can come back and they will touch it up for free. Well -- honestly, no, they don't. They charge you again. Dysport requires more units than Botox in order to achieve the same results. The problem is, M1 Med is like a "McDonald's Drive thru" concept and does not give the correct unit dosage. You will pay full price and get less product. The waiting room is filled with girls under 25 getting lip injections. I got it too and paid full price, very expensive and it lasted only 1 month. It was extremely painful and i was bruised for days. There are two primary doctors. A young man and a young woman. Before these two doctors, there were many changes in the staff. The front desk staff changes every quarter. Overall, it is better to pay a little more and go to an actual Dermatologist Doctor that injects real Botox, its worth it and when injected properly, it lasts much longer than Dysport. read more

I rarely write a review about a place but I was extremely surprised by how unfrendly people working here can be. I have difficulties speaking german and they have always treated me quite bad. The first time with my broken german I asked them to be followed by the same person for evey treatment. They told me "For sure!" but the next time they completely ignored my request. They made a proposal to write a positive review about them for a discount of 20 euros instead, which I kindly refused since I was still quite unsure about the place. The third time I arrived 10 minutes late. I tried to call before to let them know and ask if it was ok but nobody replied. When there I was sent back home in a VERY UNPOLITE WAY. They told me I should have waited more at the phone, which I found ridiculous since after 10 minutes I was already there. It also has to be said that both the othere two times I was there on time they made wait much more then 10 minutes at the entrance. They of course refused to speak English to me even if I am pretty sure they can. I sincerely don't understand why they treat like this a paying costumer.
