We arrived on time and were greeted immediately by very friendly people. They took my daughter in the back almost immediately after talking with the both of us about what the plan was. We were invited to come back with her and sit on a couch nearby, but opted to let her go back on her own. The seating in the waiting area is very comfortable, and we were thankful for it considering the normal duration of the coloring process. Corey cut and colored my teenage daughter's hair. He took the time to make sure we knew everything there was to know about making her color last as long as possible and stay looking great. We appreciated him sharing his knowledge. Great people. When sending payment for services, I accidentally sent it to her business account on Venmo which she claimed to be "fraudulent and frozen". Totally my fault for sending it to the wrong account,I admit that. However, as we are pulling up the the church to walk down the aisle..Kim calls the BRIDE to complain that she hadn't received payment from me. I explained I sent it to her wrong account. She was extremely rude and not to mention that this probably wasn't the time or place as we were about to walk down the aisle. Long story short..i sent her the payment to her PayPal. However, Venmo charged me for the transaction that was sent to Kim's "fraudulent" account.. I've been trying to get in contact with her SINCE JUNE 7th to help me fight this dispute with Venmo. It would take Kim less than 10 min to help me out BUT since she already got PAID the only response I've received from her in the last 3 months was "SORRY IM BUSY". Not sure about you guys..but last I checked this is the definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only have I tried to reach out..but so has the bride. They looked good the first day and I made an appointment for a follow up which required a deposit. When my lashes started falling out the next few days, I called and canceled my next appointment. Even though i cancelled my appointment one week in advance, they charged me and kept my deposit. Maybe their greedy policy is in the fine print that I signed, but I wouldn't want anyone else to lose their money like I did.

It wasn't until I clicked through to a second page after the fact .. that a 50-unit minimum was written at the very bottom -- in tiny print....easy to overlook. I paid a $50 deposit based on the ad. When I arrived, I was first told I "needed" 90 units -- which would have cost $900. I was then told about the 50-unit minimum, which I had never seen listed on the original ad. I called back trying to work it out by asking if I could simply purchase regular-priced Botox by the unit instead. The ad said their regular price is $13/unit, but I was told that the regular price is $16/unit, and that they would not open a vial for a small number of units. I asked for my deposit back since the pricing and requirements were not clearly disclosed. They kept my $50 deposit. I'm sharing this so others know to read every page carefully. The minimum purchase requirement and price inconsistencies were not made clear up front. I hope the business updates its advertising to be more transparent.
