I accidentally entered Freedom assuming it was another Furniture store. One word to explain my experience is - Wow! Prepare to be impressed. The furniture is artistically laid out and everything looks elegant and natural. They have smartly interlaced the various furniture pieces into one floor space and I felt I was walking into someone's private villa. The staff are very kind and polite and more than willing to assist with queries. When the furniture I had seen on TV wasn't available in store, the staff kindly pointed out, I was probably thinking of another brand and she proceeded to give me directions to the competitor's store! Australian's are definitely a friendly bunch and I love how they are willing to support each other and the retail community in general. I like Freedom and they have made it to the top of my 'Furniture stores to consider' list.
