They have some other beers as well if you don't like Bellerose (which also means that I can't be friend with you!). When dinner time comes, they serve the beers with tasty crisps. They often bring me to the back of the bar, where the restaurant stands. And there, no hesitation: burger!! For a total of €10 at Holy Cow I received a better hamburger, better fries, and a bigger drink than I did at another (no-to-be-named) burger establishment where I recently spent €20 for an extremely unsatisfying meal (mediocre burger, mediocre fries, and less than a can's worth of soda). Honestly there's nothing like HC in Lille. It's gourmet burgers at slightly-above fast food prices in an atmosphere that falls somewhere between. For me, it's what I've been looking for in quick-dining all these years. I'm over the moon that finally I'll be returning to work after break with a smile on my face instead of a grimace. All we need now is a decent quick-serve Tex-Mex place and I won't be missing America quite as much.
