I've tried a lot of Indian restaurants around town, but I think Maa Kitchen has the best Chicken 65 Biryani -- seriously, it's packed with flavor and perfectly spiced. Their vegetable Pakora and the onion one are also so good, super fresh and flavorful. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, and the Butter Chicken was absolutely delicious. Everything I've tried so far has been amazing, and I honestly can't wait to go back and try more from their menu! Highly recommend this spot if you're craving authentic and satisfying Indian food. Service was pretty great too!

Me and my coworkers ordered a meal through DoorDash. It came so well prepared. Every single plate and sauces was wrapped to prevent leakage which clearly took so much time and effort so shout out to them for that The food once it arrived was still fresh and steaming the portions were gigantic the lamb dish that I ordered was so tender yet sweet I loved every single bit of it. Garlic naan was made to perfection. I 100% will be back and truly recommend to all.

Me and my wife visited this place for dinner. I must say it was very nice and a pleasant experience. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and made to seat right away. The food is good and I recommend trying their South Indian food like wada, idly and Dosa. For appetiser we ordered their Gobi 65 which was nice and crispy. We ordered their idly wada combo. Idly was soft and their medu wada was crispy and nice. Later for dinner my wife ordered their Rava masala dosa and I ordered their uttapam which was good. They give peanut chutney, coconut chutney and samabar which was all good. However, Rava dosa was extremely crispy which could have been bit softer and thicker. Finally, to finish our dinner we had their masala tea which was good. Their Ambiance could improve. They have a robotic server which is cool. Overall I recommend this place !!! Huge shout out to their staff they're very kind especially Swapna and Abdullah. Thank you guys !!!

The food was amazing and full of flavor. I felt the warmth from the spices and the sauces for the samosas was full of flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very calm with modern architecture. I loved the very refined look/feel of the lighting and chandeliers. The service was great and my server was informative. Also very kind attitude and open for hospitality. I recommend Maa's highly and will be returning!

I have drove by countless times and always said I need to stop in! Finally my friend said for me to pick somewhere to eat and she liked Indian food! oh yay that's what brought us in! Walking in I was surprised it was like going to someone's house, the AC was just barely kicking, if even on at all, their was a huge TV showing like sexy Bollywood music videos ( !?!) lol!! the tables were nothing fancy, water was served with no ice, room temp! Not me who loves my ice cold water! lol! Sweat was already forming on my head! But hey if the foods good, I'm down with a authentic experience :) We got a bunch and shared everything, the chicken 65 was delicious and a great portion, the butter chicken with garlic Nan delicious! Dip that bread in the sauce, so good! The only one we didn't love was the veggie rice biryanI, it was so spicy and had almost no veggies in it? We asked for only a 1 spice, we actually thought they might have given us the wrong one? cause it came out later then the rest of the foods? But all in all we enjoyed our dinner here! Even learned some new dance moves while eating dinner! lol

Was craving some spicy indian food, so went here for the first time and loved it. Had the mixed veggie pakora (spice 3/5), veggie samosa and lamb vindaloo (spice 4/5). Loved it all. Heat level was on point and the chef was not kidding. I enjoyed the heat, however was sweating a good bit. It was nice tasty burn. The servings were plenty so I had leftovers to take home for another meal later. Loved it and will be back with more friends to enjoy the other menu options. Thanks fo rhaving me.

Made it here with some true Indian friends that invited me. They did all the ordering to share with a level 4 spice; which was the perfect spot for somebody like me that likes a moderate type of spiciness. Everything was delicious and we still had enough food for leftovers. I'll definitely come back and venture into ordering myself lol The service was very good and quick. The place itself is not appealing and wouldn't recommend for a romantic date, but definitely for a 3rd or 4th if you want to show off with culinary recs in town!

Great place for northern Indian food! If you're a fan of dosa, this is one of the best, and biggest! Literally. We also ordered the chicken tika and salmon tika and everything was so flavorful. Service was a little slow but, the restaurant was also fairly busy. Will definitely be back.

I've sat in and eaten, ordered to go and even had it delivered. The taste is continuously consistent. The flavor I'm looking for is always there. The busy parking lot and flow of people should tell you enough. Currently they're renovating but if you have a chance to eat in, you're in for a treat. Staff is always welcoming and attentive. It's great for family meals and they even have a nice selection of authentic frozen treats. My favorite items to order are the butter chicken, one of the paneers depending on my mood and garlic naan! It's great for sharing if you order more than one dish. And it's also served traditionally when you eat in!

My favorite Indian restaurant! I have never ate at the location as I always order Togo but it's the perfect eat at home meal. Always consistently good! The samosas are so full of flavor and have a good little kick. I always ask for extra sauces on the side!!! How do they get their chicken so soft?? Cooked perfectly.

Seeing as that we're not big wine drinkers, we were very happy with the size of the meals, the size of the menu, and just overall the quality and taste of the food that we got. We also really loved that the server brought out some complementary pretzel bread to start us off, along with some butter, which was delicious. We ended up getting a nice bowl of soup that had some shrimp, lobster, and crab in it. It was a bisque, and it was absolutely delightful. Perfect size for just a cup, or if you want to get a nice bowl, that could be probably a meal for you or for someone else. The entrees were delicious, and for dessert we got this baked cookie or brownie sort of thing with ice cream on top. It was like this Reese's peanut butter cup sundae, and it was absolutely to die for. It was one of those meals that you come in hungry and you leave stuffed, and at the end of the meal you figure, "Okay, I'm done eating," but as soon as the server asks, "Would you like some dessert?" even though your stomach's pounding, you say yes. You have to say yes because it's so delightful. Definitely go back to Cooper's Hawk. Had an awesome time. We'll be back soon.

Had to assume there was a private party secluded somewhere eating up literally everyone's time. Drinks average $15 each, very short menu of food, appetizers, and desserts, but what they cook, they cook Well! Delicious! However, we arrived around 6pm without reservations on a night when literally every table had a Reserved sign on it, and 90% of the tables were empty and remained so while we were there for an hour. 1-2 bartenders, and a virtually empty main restaurant, and our first drinks after being seated took over 10 minutes. Shocking and disappointing. The food took about 20 minutes to come out but was worth the wait, very good food. They offer hookahs also but at a premium price, much more than Casbah and other competitors. They have private dining and private rooms with chandeliers and I saw one with a billiard table. Catering to elitist clientele with money to spend and all the time in the world, I guess. I would have loved to enjoy a no rush hookah on their very loved outdoor patio, but I also hate waiting for drinks outside when they're already high priced. Ambiance, food, drinks, service, the vibes, and immaculate service. Whether you're with a massive group or in an intimate setting, this place has the proper seating for your party or date. As a first timer, I was impressed with the space. Nightlife can be tricky and some spaces just don't have the proper size for your desired night out. There's a bar for mingling but if you're there for dinner , there's that too. If you want more room and tend to have more volume in the conversations you carry, the outdoor space is ideal (especially since my friends and I like to laugh and goof off). That being said , we found ourselves seated in the patio and we loved it. Very comfortable, especially as the weather was cool that evening. Food was surprisingly delicious. Knowing that the restaurant appeal was competing with the nightlife vibe I was getting, I didn't expect there to be quality Mediterranean food. However, I was pleased with the calamari, salmon bites, hummus and brussel sprouts. My friend got steak and enjoyed his food as well. Drinks were great! One stood out the most which was the Smoke Show. Absolute perfection. Kinda snuck up on me though so be careful! Dress code. For men. Don't bring a hat. Don't even hold it in your hand. They're pretty strict about it. No flip flops. Put the Crocs away. No jerseys. My husband had jeans and Tshirt on but I saw others a bit more dressy casual. For the ladies. I felt like I all the females dressed to impress. From dressy casual to club attire , loose and flowy dresses, cute top and jeans with heels, cute romper, etc. I loved the diversity here. Will definitely be back! This seems like a great place to be for a fun night out. Make a reservation as I heard they get pretty busy!

My Experience at Aromas Cigar, Wine & Martini Bar -- StogieFest 2026…read moreI attended StogieFest 2026 at Aromas Cigar, Wine & Martini Bar in Jacksonville for the very first time, looking forward to enjoying a relaxing evening with great cigars, drinks, and conversation. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a pleasant event turned into a truly frightening experience. While sitting at a table with three ladies, an unidentified man -- who I later learned is believed to be one of the owners or managers -- suddenly and aggressively flipped the open chair next to me, shoving the table hard enough to almost tip it over. Our drinks and handbags nearly went flying. Everyone at our table was visibly startled and shaken. Instinctively, I stood and asked, "Hey, why did you do that? Who is this guy?" Instead of responding, he became even more aggressive and began moving toward me as if he intended to attack. It took three security personnel to physically restrain him, and even they struggled to hold him back. Once he was finally removed from the area, two managers and a waitress approached our table, genuinely apologetic. They offered to pay for our drinks, urged us to stay, and assured me the situation would be handled. Several nearby patrons also expressed their concern and asked if we were okay -- everyone appeared disturbed by what they had just witnessed. I stepped outside to calm down before returning to my table, hoping to salvage what was left of the night. But before long, the same man returned, once again appearing angry and hostile, seemingly looking for me. Security had to step in a second time to remove him. Moments later, security personnel told me I needed to leave -- despite the fact that one of the managers (Torrence) had specifically asked me to stay and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. That manager was suddenly nowhere to be found, and security insisted I go. Another man named Max came over, spoke politely, and apologized, asking me to take his hand and leave for my safety. At that point, I was terrified and deeply shaken. To be absolutely clear: * I have never met or spoken to the aggressive man (whose name, I was told, is Abe) prior to this incident. * I overheard patrons mentioning that he had been drinking all day. * I am not a regular at Aromas -- this was my first visit, simply to attend StogieFest and enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a traumatic encounter that left me feeling unsafe, humiliated, and confused. No guest should ever have to experience something like this -- especially at a professional, public event.

Reservations can be made via OpenTable, and I saw this suggested on Yelp so I decided to try one evening. Upon arriving, I marveled at the beauty of the interior design of the bottom floor that also serves as a gallery. I ascended the staircase as the restaurant is on the third floor. I dined alone as this trip I didn't have a coworker with me, but I still was seated in a cozy corner to take it all in. Isaac, my waiter, was incredibly friendly, and ensured I had everything I needed. What I Ordered: - Caesar Salad: This salad is as pretty good, but at a price point of $19, I would likely skip if dining here again. Though, it did have the perfect hint of lemon for acidity and the croutons tasted house-made. Perhaps if you added a protein, this could become your main dish and elevate it. - Lobster Roll: $36 for a lobster roll?! I was intrigued as this was noted as a signature dish and a standout for what this location is known for... and boy was I IMPRESSED! The roll was perfectly toasted, and the lobster to roll ratio was absolute perfection. The flavor of the lobster was juicy and tasted fresh. This roll was so good that even the neighboring table as they left asked how I enjoyed it. They were recognized by staff, so I believe they are regulars. We all discussed how delicious it was and I shared my thoughts on the execution of lobster to bread ratio. I dined here a couple weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about where in Arizona I'll ever find a roll as decadent. - Cappuccino: a mark of a truly well-crafted cappuccino is the sugar test. Will the foam withstand the weight of sugar or will it sink to the bottom (poorly frothed)? I had ordered and didn't realize they would put a design on top! Visually stunning, and happy to report they make a beautiful cappuccino with delightful foam. Added pictures to showcase the design they added, and the sugar test. The rooftop has stunning views, and the food is a work of art as well. Though I had a lighter dinner with a salad + lobster roll, I was impressed with the meal and would return to try more of the menu if I visit for business or personal reasons in the future. This area has lots of restaurants, but this one definitely leaves an impression and draws this foodie back in to return. Check it out if you are in the area!

Service was attentive and gracious. I started with a rose spritz, the avocado carpaccio, and the half roast chicken. The spritz was a delight. Not too sweet, very refreshing. The carpaccio was amazing with the smoked salt, and the briny caviar. My friend ordered the chips and dip, and heaven on earth is combining the two appetizers (a chip topped with avocado and then a dollop of creme fraiche/caviar). The chicken was okay. I should have gone with something else, but I panic-ordered. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't remarkable. I should have gone with a fancy salad or the lobster roll. My second drink, a glass of rose, was okay but wasn't served ice cold, a disappointment. I shared a chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, and it was absolutely delicious. I'd happily return with that crew of ladies, and I'd happily recommend this place for a date night.

Probably the BEST BIRTHDAY so far that I could wish or ask for. Thank you god for everything that…read moreyou have given me in life. Having said that what an awesome way to end my birthday with this amazing dinner that I had at this place. One of the best Italian restaurants in Jacksonville I must say. As soon as me and my wife walked in to the restaurant we were greeted and sat right away. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly amazing and very Italian vibe. We were greeted by our server MORGAN who was fantastic from beginning to the end. She suggested some incredible stuff that as a vegetarian I tried and was just amazing. For drinks we had mojito and pinacolada which was nice and refreshing. For appetiser we were recommended with Pomodoro Caprese which was amazing especially their Pesto sauce. For my entree she suggested me Luingini Josephine which was unique and nice pasta. Morgan surprised me with a dessert which was very kind of her. Overall this family owned small business is an amazing must try Italian restaurant. I can't wait to back and try more stuff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Back to back reviews everyone we are here again with the same group. Got my good buddy Bezos,…read moreogre, bs wife, and tragic.. Initially, we were going to Coopers Hawk, but forgot we had to make a reservation a year prior. We were told a 2 hour wait! That is wild given how big the place is. But again it is a Saturday night, and people were smarter than us and made reservations, and thus we left. After giving the news to ogre she full on had a rage attack in the parking lot screaming for those classic Coopers Hawk egg rolls. While we were consoling her I heard a soothing sound coming from behind the restaurant and we landed in front of Enzo's. We were greeted by the kindest owner ever who thankfully along with the help of her staff got us in with no wait, given how packed it was.. We were greeted by a very nice waiter who seemed all over the place though. I think he was definitely new, and was forgetful at times.. Anyways! We got three apps which were all fried stuff. Fried ravioli, Fried mozzarella sticks, Fried calamari. Honestly looking back kind of gross.. but they were solid tasting! Nothing out of the park at all on the apps just your standard.. a little tasteless on the calamari, but then again I had like 3-4 pieces because the ogre consumed them.. but then I got clarification from my good buddy bezos that it was kind of tasteless. The most tastiest was the fried mozzarella! Which shouldn't happen. Onto the entrees! Actually wait side reference note I initially ordered mussels with linguini. It was the worst dish of seafood and pasta I have ever had. I literally NEVER send stuff back, like literally never.. it feels inconsiderate and I feel like a bother even if it is just a little edible I would eat it with no complaints but I literally could not. It was so fishy I am now writing this nauseous. Some of the mussels were also closed, cold or broken.. it was just very very poor and I'm mad I had three mussels. The first one was crazy fishy, but I gave it another shot and then another, because I believe in second and third chances. But no, I was grossed out. Not to mention consuming all the fried prior. I also ordered a soup that was forgotten, and didn't get my cocktail sauce, but not really an issue if the dish was made to torture people with. Eventually I did get my soup and it wasn't bad! But now onto the entrees! Bezos: Chicken francese Tragic: veal parm Ogre: Chicken parm Doctor B Wife: Chicken Caprese Me: after the swap I got Veal Parm (thanks tragic) Oh and we had some garlic bread, but it needed some sauce or added flavor with it idk.. Reviews! Ogre: The chicken was good Wife: Mid Bezos: *yawn* ummmm Tragic: Italian stallion Me: the veal was solid, but that dish was so bad before that I lost all my appetite and I am just bleh.. and our waiter seemed a little lost.. again nice guy but come on. All in all we are grateful we were taken in by Enzo's and that owner seemed like she was a hardworking person that definitely can inspire her staff. I loved the piano playing, and the environment was really pleasant. Although me personally I disagree with the food, that dish was the worst ever, and our waiter again although nice was extremely forgetful. I feel sick to my stomach and I probably am going to vomit. But thank you again you gave us a good night and a place to eat..

My husband had the Parihuela and the Seco de Res, and he loved every bite as well. What made our experience truly special was the attention and care from the chef and manager. She came to our table personally and listened to my desire to enjoy something a little different while still respecting my special diet. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate me meant so much. She is truly one of the best chefs -- someone who genuinely cares about pleasing her customers and making them feel welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience.

What an unbelievably disappointing experience…read more We chose Sabor Mix because of its impressive 4.6-star rating and a menu filled with dishes that looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we never got to taste a single bite because of what has to be one of the most absurd customer service experiences we've had at a restaurant. We arrived around 6:30 PM for dinner and were only the second customers in the restaurant. It was so empty that we weren't even sure they were open. We made what we thought was the simplest request imaginable--a plate of spaghetti with olive oil and garlic for our child. The waitress returned and informed us that the chef could not make it. Read that again. Plain spaghetti with olive oil and garlic. We honestly thought she was joking. Instead, we were left standing there feeling embarrassed, almost as if we had made some outrageous request. It's pasta, olive oil, and garlic--ingredients found in virtually every kitchen serving Italian-inspired dishes. The idea that a chef couldn't--or wouldn't--prepare something so basic was mind-blowing. If the restaurant has a rigid policy that absolutely nothing outside the printed menu can be prepared, no matter how simple the request, then customers should be told that upfront. Instead, we were made to feel like our request was unreasonable, when in reality it couldn't have been more basic. We were genuinely looking forward to trying the food, but after that interaction, we simply walked out and took our business elsewhere. A restaurant can have a beautiful menu, but if it lacks the willingness to provide even the most basic level of customer accommodation, the dining experience begins and ends with poor customer service. We can't rate the food because we never had the opportunity to try it. We can, however, rate how we were treated, and based on that experience, this visit was incredibly disappointing. This version emphasizes how the interaction made you feel while focusing criticism on the restaurant's service and policy rather than making assumptions about the chef's abilities. It tends to be more persuasive and less likely to be dismissed by readers.
