Consultation is really expensive aswell for 1 hour. $680 for a small claims matter. Richard ended reaching out to me and gave me the information I was looking for. I haven't hired this firm but the consultation from him was helpful. Lynn on the other hand was garbage. I can't give it a 5 or 4 from initial interactions. I called their office after searching through countless of lawyers and by some miracle I reached Atty Richard Weaver himself. He was thorough, went through every scenario with me and he patiently answered the 20 questions I have. I am not a paying customer but never felt I was wasting his time. I learned later on from his secretary they normally ask $50 deposit for a consult which gets paid back after the consult. Never mentioned it to me during our conversation. Bottomline: Atty Weaver is knowledgeable, straight to the point and very thorough - traits you would want in a lawyer but more importantly for me, he is a good human being who truly wants to help someone in a bad situation. I would encourage him (and all lawyers) to stop future - telling in the phone calls, he's unintentionally denied my right to even take legal action. Attempting to dismiss the feedback as coming from an "adverse party" does not negate the conduct described. I called Thomas J Henry after being rear-ended in a car while driving. This place has been like a…read more garbage choice to work on my personal auto accident injury case. First, they lie about helping you out financially while you are recovering from your accident. I called several times to ask for financial help while I was trying to recover from the impact the rear end collision made on my life. And every time I spoke with one of the legal team members, he or she said they weren't going to help out with any of my expenses.So that was rough going for me. One of the legal team members said they didn't help because they don't trust me. So I was thinking what the hell did they take my case for if they don't trust me? And I felt that she had said that because I'm a black American. I had started changing to a different attorney but they begged me not to change attorney firms. Later I would regret that I let them talk me into staying with Thomas J Henry law firm. They never helped me while I was recovering like they say on their ads. Now they have received my settlement check and the attorney first old me it would take 20 more days to clear after they said it took them 20 days to receive it. 40 days is a long time to wait after the insurance adjuster has paid your settlement. Most of these settlement payments I hear, are finished within 2 weeks once the insurance company releases it. And in-so-far as the amount after all of these other problems I've had, it doesn't sound like I will receive hardly anything after the medical care treatment expense charges and the Thomas J Henry fee. Not hardly anything!!! I may update when I find out the exact amount. I am the injured victim and the reason they all have a payment coming. I see that one of these reviews says they get paid to fight against you. My advice, run from these guys.
