Wish I could give no stars. Quote for new roof provided in January 2021 post storm damage. Quote…read morewas provided with work to begin as soon as possible. Roof had some leaks so they agreed to come out and cover a 8 X 10 foot area over garage if we would sign the contract. Contract signed and they came out 2 weeks later and covered the area with some left over materials from a roofing job. For the next 3 months we received letters stating they could not get to the roofing job for another month or two. We were now looking at June-July. We found another company, Roofscapes, that could come out and replace the roof so we contacted Jones Brothers to ask about canceling the contract. We were told it was no problem because they couldn't get to our roof. We had the roof replaced by Roofscapes that did a fabulous job. A week later Jones Brothers sent us a $480 invoice for an out of town repair. We spoke with representative Sherman Creel about the outrageous price of placing roofing paper over a small area to prevent further leaking. The job could not have taken more than 30 minutes. He stated it was standard "out of town repair" charges. There were no repairs just a patch and and out of town is Hope Hull, Alabama. Less than 30 minutes from their offices. Complete rip off and poor business practices. We waited 3 months and were told we had to wait another 2 months to get a roof and charged $480 to do a patch. If you need a roof avoid these guys.

He just did a makeover on our kitchen... installed an external vent system for the over the range microwave, removed the old 2" 4" fluorescent light, sheet-rocked over the hole and installed new LED spots in the kitchen and breakfast area, laundry room and the light over the sink. Repainted all of the cabinets and trim and custom build a slide out shelving for a lower cabinet. I have recommended Bill to friends and they were always happy. One f he big things is Bill is always on site with the work. He has other workers too, but he isn't the type who writes the bid and you don't see when the work is being done. You may have to wait for a spot on his schedule, but any wait is well worth it. Great quality and integrity are always worth a little wait. And always a fair price! Thanks Bill!!

Both areas are poorly installed and has caused 2 accidents. I called Jay the owner left a voicemail and text him for him or for a different crew to come out and fix it and he has not contacted me back. The only amount that was not paid to him was the money for not painting the inside of the storage unit which he said he would come to do and never showed up. My son cut his elbow on staples that were sticking up on the stairway and there were loose staples through out the carpet upstairs as well that kept sticking us in our feet! I had a carpet expert to come in to verify both the carpet in the playroom and the stairway carpet is very loose and not installed properly. I paid 3,000.00 for this job to be done plus the cost of the carpet!
