Because my printer broke down and for the last few days I have been using library for the printing services. Unfortunately on Friday the library IT system in whole of Southend went down, so I went to local printers to ask them if they will be so kind and print the boarding pass for me, as I was in trouble, since I have lost my boarding pass and had no one else to help me. I never asked for a free service, just an urgent job. It never even occured to me to ask for anything free, as I was paying in the library as well. The gentleman refused point blank, even though he must have seen how scared I was. After some more asking he said he might do it later if he is not too busy. I was to come back. But he is not sure. I didn't go back there as this would have been begging. A local estate agent helped out with a smile. P.S. I am an artist. I do require printing on occasions (invitations, posters, business cards). I will never use these printers, as I feel they don't deserve my custom, ever.

Absolutely shocking company. Paid for next day delivery as I needed some flyers rather urgently for…read morea conference. Checked over the proof, absolutely fine, clear and legible. Upon receiving the flyers the next day, they were totally blurry, completely illegible and totally unusable. I contacted customer service and explained the issue, I provided photos showing the shocking quality and was told I would not be issued a refund due to apparently a warning message coming up on my proof to state that the resolution was poor - funny considering the document was able to be scaled up to A0 size by another company, and the flyers of A5 size were perfectly printed by VistaPrint. Avoid this company, shocking service, shocking quality, and pointless unhelpful replies.

Do not order from Solopress - disaster!…read more I have just received my leaflets, with a huge white line going across the artwork, which is obviously a misprint and a fault of Solopress. When called to discuss a refund I was told that they could refund me 25% of the price I paid; which is appalling. I don't have time to have them reprinted and lost my money. The customer service have no respect for the customers, money grabbing, unprofessional crowd. I will never use their services again. Lame.
