Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

Jerry who is a woman made my wife feel real comfortable and really explained what would look great in our house. You could tell she was a real veteran because she really knew her flooring and how to treat customers. And by the way they have a nice inventory compared to the other creepy store who has rather cheap and not so nice flooring.

Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
